About this house rental
Domaine du Cambourté, 5 km by car from the historic center of Sarlat and shops. In a park of 8 hectares of meadow and forests you can walk in peace, enjoy the swimming pool. Ideal location to visit the remarkable sites of the Périgord, villages, castles, gardens, caves and prehistoric sites, canoeing on the Dordogne or the Vézère, hiking, leisure parks.
Classified 3* cottage
One-storey stone house (55m2), semi-detached to the owners' house, totally independent and not overlooked.
The cottage is suitable for 4 people who can accommodate up to 6 people using the sofa bed in the living room and with an extra charge of 18€ per night and per person.
The accommodation has a first floor with a living room dining room with sofa bed and 2 armchairs, a TV, a Gaudin wood stove.
A fully equipped kitchen (hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher).
A laundry room with washing machine and separate toilet.
Upstairs
1st bedroom: a 160/200 bed
2nd bedroom: two beds of 90/190
A bathroom with shower and toilet.
Baby equipment (on request)
Wifi equipment
Sun terrace, garden table and chairs, sun loungers, barbecue.
Swimming pool and outdoor games (table tennis, swing, children's playhouse) to share with residents and other tenants.
Bed linen and towels can be rented for a fee (on request).

Si vous aimez le calme, la nature ... et les chevreuils, le gîte "Le Combourté" est ce qu'il vous faut. Proche de Sarlat , il est idéalement situé au centre de tous les sites à visiter en Dordogne. Avec nos amis, au retour de nos excursions nous avons récupéré et apprécié le calme de cette grande propriété de 8 hectares. Le gîte pour 4/6 personnes est simple et très bien équipé, tout confort, les chambres spacieuses. Notre hôte Léo, ses parents et leur chien "Canelle" sont très accueillants et sympathiques. Si nous revenons en Dordogne nous ne manquerons pas de réserver à nouveau leur gîte.

Très bonne adresse que je recommande : au calme, ambiance "nature" et très proche de Sarlat...Idéal pour se ressourcer et découvrir le Périgord Noir...Ce gîte correspondait à nos attentes.
La piscine est un vrai plus ! Allez y les yeux fermés...
