About this apartment rental

Pernes is a small provençal city datng back 1000 years ago. Queit but dynamic and classified by the Guide Michelin as one of the best "roundabout ways" in France; Formely Capital of Comtat, 41 public fountains, mansions, museums. My estate is and old town "mas" (farm) renovated, and old "magnaneraie" (where silk-worms were bred) It is at 100 meters from a small supermarket. 1st level. keybox. Shared yard, garden, car park, cloth washer in washhouse. Also a relaxing guest place shared with the other flat. Family furniture, in provençal style, but also contemporary pieces of furniture in the spirit of "salvage" and sustainable development. Dish-washing, TV, free WIFI, moskito-nets, huge cupboards, Ceiling electric fans, guides (translated into English) on visits, advises, activities, markets, bicycle routes, public swimming pool at 4 mn with meadow and shelters from the sun, my favorite places, even out of summer months. Contacts on guests' request.

Children admitted from 6 years old, (calm, respectuous) no smoking, animals not admitted, no feasts, disinfection .I favour people who can bring bed sheets. My tariff is very comptitive compared to other flats in Pernes, very famous town in the area. However, you can hire some bed sheets on request 15 E/bed/stay.

Sehr gemütliche, saubere Wohnung in einem typisch provenzalischen Haus mit einem wunderschönen Innenhof. Ein Supermarkt befindet sich in der Nähe. Die Ausflugsziele sind gut zu erreichen. Die Gastgeberin hat uns am Ankunftstag sehr nett empfangen und uns die Wohnung gezeigt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Na bevestiging mailcontact over adres, sleutel, lakenpakket en handdoeken het volgende: Sleutel was via een code uit een sleutelkastje te halen maar niet duidelijk was welke woning voor ons was - dit is nl. niet op te maken uit het contract, de woningen hebben een naam en in het contract staat een nr. - , dus......ong. 1 uur gewacht tot verhuurster van haar werk kwam. Afspraken over lakens en handdoeken waren niet nagekomen. Bedden niet opgemaakt, we kregen 2 handdoeken voor 14 dagen , 1 theedoek en 1 afwasdoekje voor 14 dagen. De woning hangt voor met memo-briefjes, stickertjes, gelamineerde vellen met opschrift wat je vooral allemaal moet doen en niet moet doen. Zelf bij deuren die afgesloten zijn met een hangslotje hangt nog een "verboden toegangs bordje" op papier. Verhuurster zelf is ongeveer 1, 50 mtr groot en dus hangt de spiegel in de doucheruimte op haar hoogte en moet je bijna op je knieen liggen om je te scheren, bovendien hangt de lamp ook op haar hoofdhoogte dus.............. Ik zal niemand adviseren deze woning te huren. Wij zijn ons maar niet meer gaan ergeren en hebben daardoor het verblijf aldaar voor ons zelf acceptabel gehouden, maar plezierig...................nee, echt niet.

Très bien accueillis par une sympathique propriétaire nous avons apprécié ses conseils qui ont facilité notre découverte de cette belle région. Nous avons apprécié également le calme de cette location où tout est prévu pour le confort des locataires. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Cet agréable logement provençal à caractère est idéalement situé pour visiter la région. Il se trouve aussi proche du sympathique village de Pernes avec son marché et ses restaurants. La disponibilité d'un supermarché à 100 m du logement est très pratique. La propriétaire a tout fait pour rendre notre séjour le plus agréable possible (informations sur le logement, la région, les activités possibles etc).
