For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A beautiful 300 m² enclosed garden with two olive trees, a plane tree without blackberries to protect from the sun.
- A 25 m² south-facing terrace, equipped with an electric awning, barbecue and furniture, ideal for enjoying the sunny days to the full.
The house is ideally located in Pernes-les-Fontaines, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
The village has
- a municipal swimming pool
- tennis court and football pitch
Mountain biking is recommended in the hills near the house; Mont Ventoux is a well-known cool spot for cyclists.
Not far from the historic village, you'll find the Vaucluse fountain and the village of Gordes and Rousillon on the Alpilles side and the Luberon about 25 kilometres away.
Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (capacity 2 vehicles).
There is also a free public car park 100 m from the residence.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- The nearest train station is Carpentras, 8 km away.
- Marseille Provence airport is around 90 km away.
