For your next vacation in Provence, we invite you to stay in a comfortable, bright, and spacious vacation rental. The apartment is located on the first floor of our family home in a peaceful setting. It faces south. Since January 2019, it has been equipped with reversible air conditioning.

The vacation rental is a spacious, self-contained apartment on the first floor of our family home.
The 100 m² apartment consists of:
- 1 spacious living room,
- 1 large, fully equipped kitchen,
- 3 bedrooms (Bedroom 1: one double bed; Bedroom 2: 2 bunk beds, each with a single bed; Bedroom 3: a sofa bed that converts into two single beds),
- 1 bathroom,
- 1 separate toilet,
- 1 laundry room,
- 1 small terrace.

The apartment is self-contained, fully furnished, and fully equipped.

We live on the first floor of the apartment and would be delighted to chat with you and share our favorite spots in our home region.

It’s a safe and very quiet neighborhood, 400 m from the historic center of Pernes-les-Fontaines. Shops are nearby:
50 m away: a small supermarket (U-Express).
200 m away: market halls with high-quality products (cheese shop, butcher shop, produce stand, fish market, small eateries, etc.).
300 m away: Provençal market every Saturday morning.

Several (free) parking spaces are available on the street where the rental is located. You can reach the rental by bus (stop 300 m away); the nearest train station is 5 km away, and the Avignon TGV station is 25 km away.

The vacation rental is located in Pernes-les-Fontaines, the “pearl of the Comtat,”
5 minutes from Carpentras, Spirou Park, and the water park (Monteux)
10 minutes from Fontaines-de-Vaucluse, L’Isle-sur-Sorgue, and Venasque

The peace and quiet of the neighborhood must not be disturbed by the guest or their family.
Unfortunately, pets (regardless of size) are not allowed in the apartment as there is no yard.
The apartment is entirely non-smoking.

If you would like the option to include sheets and towels, please let me know and pay for this option upon arrival (10€ per person for the stay).

COVID-19 Pandemic:
To combat COVID-19, the apartment is cleaned and sanitized before and after each rental by a professional cleaning company whose staff is trained for this type of work. The mandatory cleaning fee covers this service.
For added safety, a one-night vacancy period is systematically observed between each rental until further notice.
If your reservation is accepted, you will be provided with a protocol to ensure a safe check-in, stay, and check-out from the apartment while adhering to safety precautions.
