Comfortable apts within isolated complex, everything you need is about a minute walking. Private parking place is important advantage in Latchi. The kitchen furniture may be not brand new, but clean and enough. Two AC units make you staying easy even at +35 :-)

The only minimal issue: a condensate leak from AC on balcony, I'm sure think this is pretty easy to fix.

Alles in allem ein vernünftiges Apartment in Strandnähe mit eigenem Parkplatz in einer kleinen Wohnanlage , Lage in Strand / Hafen Nähe , Balkon , Küche komplett ausgestattet mit Toaster , Sandwich Grill Wasserkocher , Herd und neuem Abwaschschwamm . Klimaanlage hat ausreichend geheizt in kühlen Märznächten , Kontakt mit Vermieter unkompliziert und freundlich , Cafés und Restaurants in der Nähe ...zum bezahlbaren Supermarkt empfehle ich dann doch nach Polis zu fahren .

Kleines Bad ohne Duschvorhang , dadurch schwimmt immer alles , 1 Rolle WC Papier ist auch recht wenig , leider war das Geschirr und teilweise das Besteck nicht richtig sauber und man merkt , dass die Einrichtung schon etwas länger in Gebrauch ist. Eine Kaffee ( Tabs )Maschine wäre schön gewesen . Ungewöhnlich ist auch die verlangte Kaution ( wurde aber schnell und unkompliziert nach der Abreise retourniert )

Excellent location a stone's throw from the harbour, with plenty of restaurants/bars (and ice cream parlours) to choose from. The accommodation was clean, and reasonably well equipped. The host was also very good at communication, and replied to any messages very quickly.

Nothing not to like really.

The location is great, right next to the harbor, close to the shops and restaurants but at the same time quiet. The private parking space is shaded. Air conditioning in both rooms which were bigger than I expected. The building is a bit dated but overall pleasant, a big balcony is a plus.

When we arrived there was no towels or bed sheets for one person. We checked everywhere and it just wasn’t prepared - although we paid for it and didn’t take ours. One of our group had to sleep on a couch in the common space without bedding and use only a hand towel. It was provided the next day by the cleaning lady as the owner is not available in person. The shower drain got clogged the second day after our arrival, had to clean it ourselves to be able to shower. The apartment was not cleaned very well and the appliances and furniture were quite old and not very comfy, the mattress was lumpy. There was exactly one thrash bag and two rolls of toilet paper so one of the first things to do after checking in is doing some shopping ;)
