Excellent location a stone's throw from the harbour, with plenty of restaurants/bars (and ice cream parlours) to choose from. The accommodation was clean, and reasonably well equipped. The host was also very good at communication, and replied to any messages very quickly.

Convenient location, clear communication from the owners about check in and check out. The apartment was quiet, yet close to the restaurants, shops and marina of Latchi. If I return to Latchi I would love to book again.

Mooi, schoon en ruim appartement met een groot balkon. Het is dichtbij het strand, de supermarkt en restaurants.
De kookvoorzieningen zijn prima.

The location is great, right next to the harbor, close to the shops and restaurants but at the same time quiet. The private parking space is shaded. Air conditioning in both rooms which were bigger than I expected. The building is a bit dated but overall pleasant, a big balcony is a plus.
When we arrived there was no towels or bed sheets for one person. We checked everywhere and it just wasn’t prepared - although we paid for it and didn’t take ours. One of our group had to sleep on a couch in the common space without bedding and use only a hand towel. It was provided the next day by the cleaning lady as the owner is not available in person.
The shower drain got clogged the second day after our arrival, had to clean it ourselves to be able to shower.
The apartment was not cleaned very well and the appliances and furniture were quite old and not very comfy, the mattress was lumpy.
There was exactly one thrash bag and two rolls of toilet paper so one of the first things to do after checking in is doing some shopping ;)
