We stayed here for 6 days and really enjoyed our time. The accommodation was much more spacious than we expected, check-in was easy with the key box, and communication with the hosts was always clear, friendly, and helpful.
We were especially impressed by the service: we mentioned that two small kitchen appliances were not working, just as information, and the host had them replaced the very next day. Really great service.
The place is a bit remote, but that makes it very peaceful and quiet. There is free parking right in front of the house, which was perfect for us since we had a rental car and explored the island from there. We came for climbing and bouldering, and can definitely recommend this place for climbers and active travelers visiting the Droushia and Ineia area.
The beach and a small supermarket are about 15 minutes away on foot, and there is a great sandwich place right across the street. The smart TV with Netflix and Spotify was also a nice bonus.
Overall, we had a really lovely stay and would definitely come back. A small thing to keep in mind: there is currently some construction work happening across the street, so it can be a little noisy in the morning. Also, the house was a bit cool in early spring, so we used the AC for heating. None of this was a big issue for us, and we really appreciated Pangratios’ hospitality.

Overall, the apartment is nice, clean, and cozy. We particularly appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and the general upkeep of the place.

Perfect location for beach, town, cycling, access to hiking areas.
I couldn’t find the broom to be able to sweep up. Otherwise it was wonderful!

I just got in love with this house!!I rent many houses in Latchi ....but this house conquered my heart!!!It's absolutely an amazing house ,modern,clean ,beautiful with ...really everything you need inside .... and the host...really very attentive and carrying person!!Thank you so much Eros Maisonette for everything !!! The house is in a very safe location,near to everything you need!!
