The appartment is good for a short stay. Perferectly located if you want to visit Hydropolis or zoo. I appreciate the parking space, dishwasher, washing machine and the balcony. A small grocery store on site was very helpful.
There has been some noise on Saturday night - some neighbors organizing a party with a very loud music. Luckily closing of windows helped. Indeed a bad smell from sewage happens, some equipment needs fixing (kitchen furniture, dishwasher). Although relatively close to the center you must walk long to reach any sensible public transportation (bus or tram stop are quite away).

Świetna lokalizacja ‼️ Cisza i spokój. Apartament czysty ,bez zapachu kanalizacji z łazienki ,jak to było wspominane w innych wcześniejszych komentarzach. Najwidoczniej ta usterka została już naprawiona 👍🏻 Obiekt monitorowany i dodatkowo z ochroną która służy pomocą w razie potrzeby:) Kontakt z firmą bezproblemowy. Zameldowaliśmy się bez problemu. Stan apartamentu moim zdaniem bdb. Napewno jeszcze skorzystamy 🙂

Bardzo wygodne łóżko. Lokalizacja blisko zoo. Parking dla auta.
Jest tam kilka rzeczy które należałoby naprawić. Oberwane drzwiczki szafki kuchennej, zniszczone krzeslo ktore nogi sie rozjeżdżają. Brudny balkon. Kurz i pajęczyny na lampach. Mega brudne naczynia i co jest straszne tak brudnej patelni to ja w życiu nie widziałem! Koszmar! Sasiedzi spać nie dawali (co jest poza jakakolwiek siłą).
