The beds are comfortable it's enough space for family with 2 children. Balcony in big and you can enjoyed outside.
Parking space is not available all the time, because it's combined with the athers users. If you come with the car at evening to the park place it's not available and we have to look somewhere else.

Excellent location within minutes of the train station. Central location, accessible to all amenities.

-deposit you should pay by yourself - for me it caused about 20 zl on sum of 240 zl
-owner proposed me to cancel booking and he will make 40 zl discount
-dirty
-no air cond
-at first i should go to owner mom to get keys!!!! but then he left it under the carpet
