Butas iš esmės geroje vietoje. Pėščiomis netoli centro. Šalia maisto parduotuvės.
Butas jau pavargęs. Dušo kabinos durys buvo sulūžę. Ėmėm 4vietį, tai patalynė buvo labiau 2žmonėm. Parkingas teoriškai galimas namo kieme, bet praktiškai tik gatvėje ir tai jeigu bus vietos. Vėliau atvažiavus galima ir nerast.

Well designed, very comfortable property in a fairly central location convenient for public transport.
There were a few minor maintenance issues, and there was no microwave, but this is being very critical. The pros far outweighed the cons.

Patogi vieta ir patekimas į butą
Vos pradarius duris pasitiko slogus kvapas, nevalyti langai, ant palangių batų pėdsakai. Purvinos kėdės, palubėse voratinkliai, nešvarios sienos. Nevalyti šviestuvai. Palikti neplauti indai. Iš dušo neišbėgantis vanduo. Neužsidaro vonios durys. Neįmanoma reguliuoti roletų, nes nėra valdymo virvelių. Bent patalynė buvo švari...neaišku kodėl toks aukštas apartamentų įvertinimas
