Weather was wonderful! Had trouble with the tvs. They had about four receivers each and we couldn’t find the right one. So I had to stream. The only other thing was all the stairs. We are all over 65 and it was tough. But we loved our stay. The beds slept wonderful!!! Thank you!

Home was perfect for our group and clean. AC worked great and the check in/out process was really easy. We plan to come back next year. Thank you !!

The house is located in the beautiful Emerald Isle Beach. We realize that everyone is getting back to work and jobs after the Pandemic and there are I am sure staff shortages, however, the cleanliness was noticeably lacking. The dishwasher was broken and lock on sliding door broken. Sun and Surf was easily reachable and quick to respond . Staff was friendly and helpful since we talked to maintenance several times. The HVAC gentleman was very nice and knowledgeable when he came out on the next to last day of our vacation to fix the broken air conditioning unit on the upper level.
We did have a nice vacation at Emerald Isle and come to several beaches in the area most every year. I don’t think we will be renting the property again and will look at other locations in the area for next year.
