No need for a beach sticker--this comfortable five-bedroom home is right across from Campground Beach on Eastham's beautiful bayside. Enjoy water views and sunsets and a short stroll to the sandy beach on Cape Cod Bay.
This beach house has central air conditioning!
Enter a bright and open living room with comfortable seating, large flat screen TV with cable, WiFi and Bose stereo. The living room looks out over the deck to Campground Beach beyond. The eat-in kitchen has a pass-through to the living room--enjoy the views of Campground Beach while you prepare dinner. Newly renovated kitchen with stainless appliances (gas range, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave). Slider from kitchen leads to side and backyard.
Two of the home's five bedrooms are on the first floor. One bedroom has a queen bed and pond views. The other bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen TV with cable and views of the bay. There is also a full bathroom with tub/shower on this floor.
The remaining three bedrooms are on the second floor--all have hardwood floors. The spacious bedroom with queen bed has views of both the pond and the bay. This bedroom also has a TV, card table with chairs and games--an ideal spot for some rainy day or evening fun. The other two bedrooms on this floor have a twin bed with trundle for extra sleep space. The bedroom at the front of the house has bay views. There is also a half bathroom on this floor.
Enjoy the outdoor spaces including the front deck with awning and side yard with shell patio with dining table and fire pit. The backyard has a picnic table, gas grill and an enclosed outdoor shower. The yard on the other side of the house leads to a lovely pond--a fun spot for nature lovers.
Head down the driveway and across the street to Campground Beach. Enjoy swimming, sunbathing, beachcombing and kayaking. At low tide, explore Eastham's beloved flats--a favorite for families with children. This bayside area is a wonderful spot for biking, walking and jogging.

Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.

My wife and I stayed here with our three kids, our au pair, and my inlaws. This was a perfet location for us because campground beach is our favorite beach. The hoise was nice with very good central air and a good kitchen, but a little small. The rooms were nice sized so our family was very comfortable. The grill is ov very good quality if you like to cook outside. The outside seating is also great for a large family. The only minor negative things are it is lacking a good amount of indoor dining seats and even though the rules of the house specify that you are to keep the grill clean it is lacking the tools to do so. We would definitely stay again!

Really enjoyed our rental and location to Campground Beach. New kitchen and appliances, outdoor living spaces we could use. Wonderful location for family time.

Traveled with 2 young children and 6 adults. The house was a tight in the mornings and getting ready for dinner. But the location was ideal and the kids had such a great time on the beach everyday.
Kitchen was well stocked. House was clean. Great grill.
Beds were comfortable. And the guys really enjoyed battles on the ping pong table.
If you have a party of 6 or less, the house is the perfect size!
