Location and good customer service

These things can be worked on. Certain things were not placed where you’d expect them to be. No toilet paper. Hard to find the apartment. Maybe a better instruction as to how to find the apartment.

I absolutely loved the location. It’s brilliantly positioned near Eton and Windsor castle with quick drive to the LEGOLAND, which was great. I also really liked the property itself, even though some of the things were a bit uncomfortable (such as the chairs and the low bed in the master bedroom), however overall the property was nice. And the parking space was very useful. The PassTheKey stuff was very helpful with all our requests.

I do however want to say that the verification process was not convenient. It made the whole thing more complicated than it should be and Superhog support was mediocre at best. Additionally, I was not happy with how small was said about the waiver and the deposit. I would prefer if the info about it was more noticeable

The location was great and easy to find.

The apartment was quite small with a tiny bathroom situated next to the kitchen via a sliding door. The bathroom light was on a sensor which came on & off when entering the very small kitchen. There is no privacy if you are in the bathroom and there were to be fire there is no escape route. Health & safety regulations were not up to date for this property as bathrooms should not be located next to kitchens. The other major problem was the bed. This was a futon and no higher the 5” off the floor. The mattress was rock solid and extremely uncomfortable. We did try and use the sofa bed but this was even worse. The property states it can sleep 4 people but I can’t see how as it’s so small.
