Loved my time staying here. Was in the area for work and had Per diem to work with. Host gave very clear instructions - no problems getting in.
Neighborhood is mostly quiet, just out of downtown and a great place to rest when I wasn’t working. 10/10 would recommend!

Overall the property was nice and clean and conveniently located to Downtown and Palmer College. The owners were extremely communicative and welcoming. The house is very spacious so you don't feel like you are on top of your party. Definitely only sleeps 3 people. If you try to fit anyone else, there won't be anywhere else for them to sleep.

The house is in a great location to visit St Ambrose as it is less than 1 minute away. The neighborhood seems dated, but overall clean. The house has been updated and in good shape and the owners were VERY responsive when things were not up to snuff. Overall we would stay here again and thank you to Antonio and Brenda for the help on this trip.

The property in general wasn't that bad, there was no A/C, the futon wouldn't completely open up and we had to buy an air mattress to sleep on. The location isn't the best and isn't that safe. I was able to communicate with the property manager about the WIFI issue and they were quick to fix it. Would I stay here again? Not if I had to but it wasn't all that bad.
