No cleaning charge 1 mile from Berlin 1 BR Apt

Our lofts are great for one night but really nice for several days. The separate living room makes for a comfortable extended stay. The sofa makes into a bed accommodating the additional 2 people. The bedroom opens to a nice deck overlooking our 3 acres. In the winter it is a beautiful snow covered hill and summer/fall beautiful green grass. From the deck and loft you can hear the sound of our Amish neighbors going about their daily activities with horse and buggies. The lofts also have a kitchenette that consists of microwave, toaster oven, fridge, coffee pot and table settings. We have wifi and tv. All linens are provided. We are pet friendly, only dogs, and ask that you let us know about your pets upon request for booking. Pet fee is $15 per pet per day pets must be crated when left in unit. Bringing a pet without notifying us will incur a $200 charge. The loft is very convenient to all the local attractions from Amish farms, antiques stores, amish made furniture stores, restaurants, and wineries. 1 mile to Berlin, 3 miles to Charm and 5 miles to Mt Hope.
