An open-concept layout and spacious extension, this cabin is made for gathering together. Located 1/2 mile from Berlin, so gas gets saved over here!

A vintage train set sits on the property as a decorative feature, which means it runs when it wants to.
Open layout (privacy is limited, is best for families or small groups who want to stay connected).
We do have Starlink Wifi 100 mbp speed.
There is NO TV yet.
The extension is located at the very back of the building,with the front portion being a furniture showroom and a storage area in between as a buffer. You may hear people talking thru business hours as the showroom is in the front of the building.
Guests have their own private back entrance, with double doors and a privacy curtain ensuring the space is fully separated, quiet, and private:-)
BUSINESS ENTRANCE nearby, daytime truck activity may occur.
This property is handicap accessible and has easy parking access. It is simpler for us to answer any questions you have via inquiry, as we know through personal experience that it is a different situation with every unique person... we designed the cabin/extension for a family member in a manual wheelchair. We will gladly send videos and pictures so you can gauge if this property is the right fit for your needs.

This cabin with its huge extra "extension" was an absolutely PERFECT stay for our larger family traveling through Ohio on our way to the East Coast. The entire place was impeccably clean, had everything we needed, and the huge annex/living room/kitchen was just fun. We so appreciated an affordable place for a large family. Communication with Josiah was immediate and friendly and he truly wanted feedback with any suggestions to make the place even better. Is it a quaint little overpriced Amish B&B? Nope. It's an awesome, practical, fun, affordable, and spacious place in a beautiful setting. Thank you for a great stay!

It is a great value! It was spacious and entertaining. I was ready to move in forever. It was so peaceful. The cleanliness was immaculate! I even played with the trains! We highly recommend it!
