This beautiful Gulf-front vacation rental includes patio doors in the living room leading to a private balcony that provides a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. Pickleball courts are also nearby, so grab your paddles and have a friendly game together. Other features of this upgraded, tropical island style vacation rental include a full-size refrigerator, cooktop stove, and oven, microwave, and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The bathroom includes a tub and a vanity, light fixture and cabinets. The living room and bedroom both have a TV.
Things to Know
Complimentary beach service of one umbrella and two chairs is offered from March 1 through October 31. Paddleboards, kayaks, and bicycles are available for an additional charge.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Beach view was great, especially with high table and chairs on balcony. Close to stairs. Quiet, roomy, comfortable bed. Kitchen well stocked. Fridge worked great. Maybe get new nonstick pans… Teflon all scratched up.

The condo was comfortable, nicely appointed and easy to navigate. Our only complaint is the mattress. The mattress needs to be replaced. When laying on it you roll to the middle. This should be a priority!

Space was very clean, ocean view is stunning, the beach itself is breathtaking. The only complaint would be the sleeping arrangements. The A/C unit is practically IN the main bedroom
