This beautiful, fourth-floor Gulf-front vacation rental includes balcony doors in the living room leading to a private balcony that provides a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. Pickleball courts are also nearby, so grab your paddles and have a friendly game together. With the bedroom facing the Gulf side, there is a full view of the Gulf from the windows as well. Other features of this newly decorated, island flair vacation rental include an upgraded kitchen with new appliances, a full-size refrigerator, cooktop stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The primary bath and second bath both have tubs. The living room has a large TV with a Blue Ray player. The primary bedroom also has a TV with a Blue Ray player and a guest bedroom has a TV, DVD player and VCR. All linens and towels are provided for your comfort and a washer/dryer combo is located in the condo for convenience.
Things to Know
Complimentary beach service of one umbrella and two chairs is offered from March 1 through October 31. Paddleboards, kayaks, and bicycles are available for an additional charge.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Loved the ocean front view and convenience of getting to the beach!! Condo was very clean and beds were comfortable. Staff was very diligent about keeping walkway areas clean and dry for safety. Inclusion of 2 chairs and umbrella daily rental was an added plus.

Very nice location, and we had a great time, but here are some improvements that are needed...
1. The washing machine is VERY noisy when it starts (I believe it has something to do with it filling with water), LOTS of clanging and banging that HAS to be annoying to the neighbors.
2. The area rug in the living room needs to be replaced or at least rotated. The 2 corners that are in the walkway are turned up and present a real trip hazard.
3. The carpet is pretty dirty and needs to be cleaned
4. Two of the four chairs on the balcony were broken when we got there and it was obvious that they had been broken and "fixed" numerous times prior to our visit. The balcony furniture needs to be replaced.
5. This unit is in part of the recessed area of the complex. Our views to the West were blocked by units H and I, which stick out 8 feet or so. The pictures very conveniently hid this.
On the plus side, we found the condo to be well stocked with kitchen items, linens (extra pillows, sheets and blankets were all available in the unit), the whole complex was very quiet and the common areas were well maintained and clean. We would definitely stay at Island Echos again, but not sure that we would choose the same unit.
