Watch the beach come alive every morning or just kick back and listen to the sounds of the surf with a cool drink in-hand.
Almost anything you need is within a couple miles of this property except for the beach which is literally just steps away! You'll find 18 fun-filled holes of mini-golf and an ice cream parlor at Okaloosa National, or you can watch dolphin shows and even interact with some of the ocean critters at the Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park, just a couple miles from your door. Visit Miracle Strip Parkway where you can rent a private pontoon from Destiny Water Adventures to get over to Crab Island for a beach picnic or a day of swimming. And afterward, treat yourself to a sweet delight at the Sugar Dough Doughnut Company or grab dinner and drinks from one of the many pubs and restaurants in the area.

PLEASE NOTE: There are construction crews on site doing maintenance on the building walkways and balconies. There will be construction noise and dust in the breezeways from 3/31/25-12/7/25.
The walkways on floors 6 and 7 are closed from 10/27/25-11/2/25. Schedule is subject to change; for the most updated information, please call our local front desk. We are open seven days a week from 9-5 CT.

Loved the location and being so incredibly close to the beach. The beds were very comfortable. Very comfy cosy beach spot. Love having an assigned parking spot so you don’t have to search.

The unit is nicely furnished and the view is great. There are some minor deferred maintenance issues. I wish there would have been a broom or swiffer in the unit to see up sand tracked in during the week.

The view was great and the overall setup of the condo was good. It needed a couple of fixes to it but overall a nice rental.

The property had the furniture and features listed. The view from the unit was great. BUT my entire family was shocked at how DIRTY and ill kept this unit was. I read a review from July of this year in which the occupants said the same thing basically....I thought that the issues would certainly be addressed before our stay in October....but no it was not. As the person in July noted the carpet was really really dirty and stained. So dirty I looked for and found a vaccum and vacuumed it. The vac was a wind tunnel type and it was disturbing the amount of stuff it was picking up. The other floors were sticky and dull. My daughter in law spilled some ice in the floor and wiped it up with paper towels which turned brown!! This was when we were just settling in. So no we didn't make it dirty. My husband and I asked for a mop from the management which they did bring by and mopped the entire unit except for the carpeted bedroom. The mop water was almost black.
The shower in the 2nd bathroom had long black hairs stuck to the shower walls (none of us have black hair) and the shower liner was left dangling in the middle therefore making it impossible to close. Housekeeping might miss a hook, but not 3 in a row.....we took the liner down and rehung it. My husband and I were at this point , not shocked that the fabric shower curtain was disgustingly dirty. It had suspicious brown smudges and splotches and didn't smell pleasant. The second bedroom closet door fell on my husband the evening we checked In when he opened it to put his clothes in.....the person reviewing this unit in July said the same thing happened to her daughter!!!! WHY was this not fixed?? Someone could get seriously injured. The fabric couch and loveseat were so dirty that We spread paper towels on it to sit down.
This was also mentioned in a previous review. ...We have stayed at this property almost every year for over 30 years. We were so disappointed and disgusted that this property management co. has let this unit sink to fleabag hotel standards....Lord knows they don't charge fleabag hotel rates. I noticed splotches on the coffee table and wiped it down and yeah...it was dirty too. Under the dining table I found a piece of desiccated meat and also a good sized chunk of bacon. Neither was wedged behind or under a table leg. The manager of the property said they would refund me the cleaning fee. My family and I are just so disappointed....
