This beautiful, third-floor Gulf-front vacation rental includes balcony doors in the living room leading to a private balcony that provides a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. Pickleball courts are also nearby, so grab your paddles and have a friendly game together. With the bedroom facing the Gulf side, there is a full view of the Gulf from the windows as well. Other features of this Florida room inspired vacation rental include a kitchen with all the appliances, a full-size refrigerator, cooktop stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The primary bath has a walk-in shower and the second bath has a tub. The living room has a TV, DVD player, and a CD stereo system. The bedrooms have TVs and DVDs and the primary bedroom has a VCR as well. This condo also features a washer/dryer.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Complimentary beach service of one umbrella and two chairs is offered from March 1 through October 31. Paddleboards, kayaks, and bicycles are available for an additional charge.
All guests regardless of age are to be considered for Occupancy count in Fort Walton Beach, FL
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

We like Island Echoes, the condo was convenient to either use the steps or the elevator. It was quiet and there was enough room for a family of 4.

This place was an excellent place to stay. The view was beautiful. The location was convenient. All appliances worked as they should have. We thoroughly enjoys our stay and will def book again in the future.

the view was a 10! however the unit was not cleaned well. the dishwasher doesn’t work so all the dishes in the cabinets were dirty and kind of gross. don’t look under the furniture! dust, sand, bobby pins, and whatever other things that i was not going to investigate. i have stayed at plenty of other vacation rentals and this one was the only one that didn’t have anything leftover from other guests (like coffee filters, salt, pepper, trash bags, etc). it’s not a huge deal, but the ad said toilet paper would be provided but there were only 2 rolls of cheap toilet paper. 1 roll of cheap paper towels. everything in the unit was outdated. i’m talking kitchen appliances and furniture. the price was too high for what was advertised. the pool was nice.
