Create lasting memories at Waters Edge 210. This three-bedroom, two-bath condominium is the perfect addition to your next beach vacation. With a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a queen-size bed in the guest bedroom, a twin bunk in the bunk room, and a sofa sleeper in the living room, unit 210 sleeps up to eight guests comfortably. This unit boasts modern and homey décor throughout and has incredible views of the pool area and the Gulf of Mexico from the private balcony. Upon entering, you will find the bunk room immediately on your right, and the guest bedroom and the guest bathroom on your left. The guest bathroom includes a single vanity along with a tub/shower combination. The short hallway leads to the fully-equipped kitchen, dining room area and living room. The large kitchen has stainless-steel appliances and houses the stackable washer and dryer combination, for your convenience. The master bedroom is located directly next to the living room and leads to the master bath, boasting plenty of closet space along with a double vanity, a large walk-in shower, and a separate garden tub. Step out onto the large balcony, which is accessible from both the living room and the master bedroom.

The condo was as described in the listing. It was clean, cool, and ready at check in. The view is beach and over the pool. If you have any concerns about pool noise, it was only occasionally and it never lasted late. It was usually just kids playing and barely noticeable. Pool view worked for us because our little and big kids always want to be in it. Easy access to pool and beach. Covered parking. One small maintenance issue with a door hinge and they responded very quickly to have it repaired . Easy communication, fast responses. We would rent here again.

The location of the condo was perfect. Everything was easily accessible and the layout was really nice. My family really enjoyed staying here.

We really enjoyed the view, the balcony and how easy it was to get from our room directly to the beach. Condo was lovely. 3rd bedroom is very small- we originally thought before booking we’d be able to put our toddler in the pack and play in that room- there’s barely room between the door and the bed and window to walk. Fine for older kids and we were able to use the master bedroom without a problem- but it is hard to tell on the photo the dimensions of the rooms so just note that with very small children or babies if all the other rooms are occupied- that’s not a usable room for them. The front door is an electric lock as well so it has no deadbolt or any flip lock to prevent little kids from pulling the door open and walking out- so just be aware of that. It’s a heavy door so we didn’t have much issue but for a slightly bigger kid or stronger one it could be.
None of these things were large problems for us- but it might help some other parents plan their trip. It’s a lovely condo, beautiful location and we had an absolutely phenomenal time. We’d come back and stay again happily.

I would book again! The beach access was great, a burger place right next door for lunch on the beach, the boardwalk was nice with a wagon, facility was clean and well maintained. The room could use a new coat of paint and a new couch, but overall the condo was clean, well stocked kitchen, and roomy for our family. We loved the balcony views and the easy parking for loading and unloading luggage and groceries.
