Three bedrooms plus den with 1 king bed, 2 queen beds and 1 single bed, multiple lanai spaces, 2.5 bathrooms, washer and dryer in unit, 2 story town home, attached garage for one car, close to pool.

Very spacious, this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom town home is beautifully decorated in neutral colors and presents a true island flare from rich deep wood tones, carvings that help depict a tropical theme and artwork displaying landmarks familiar to our island. Beautifully upgraded with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and much more. The attached garage (you can only park one vehicle in garage, although you can get a parking pass for an additional vehicle) leads to direct access to the home for convenience and ease. The tropical grounds will set the scene with swaying palm trees, a pool with water features and a spacious BBQ area for outdoor cooking. You will feel right at home with everything you will need to make your stay in paradise extra special. A perfect getaway!

Beautiful condo. Clean except for one dirty toilet. Loved gift box and kitchen amenities. Towels were damp and needed to put them in dryer before using. Never met site manager to get parking passes. Kristen was very helpful.

This is our 3rd stay in Nihilani and it's difficult to publish anything but a 5-star rating. The privacy/quietness of the overall property, and nice combination of lodging's openness, are top-tier. However, each unit's contents have varied greatly. As a family traveling w/ 4 kids this time around, the boogie boards, beach chairs, snorkel/mask combos, and cooler were nice, but it would have been great to have a smaller cooler option (maybe soft-sided), and prior units had ample "tupperware" and ice packs for easily bringing lunches/leftovers on our daily beach trips. Still an easy 5-star though... unit was very clean, quiet, spacious for all. Oh, the rubber stopper on the master bathroom toilet was broken so that toilet was unusable because the water just kept running.

This bright, cheerful home was perfect for us. The pool is a block away and is lovely. The yard was fun for the kids. The dining room table fit us all. Decks on both floors meant adults could ready quietly outside. We appreciated having beach towels and boogie boards so we could go to the beaches everyday. And we were glad to have a place to park. We loved our stay at this Nihilani townhome! It was the perfect home base for our north shore explorations. Our family of four, including two teenagers, appreciated the three comfortable bedrooms and three baths. We loved sitting outside in back, which feels very private despite the townhome setting. We easily found everything we needed in the well-stocked kitchen. The single garage spot is easy to access. We appreciated being able to use the beach chairs and boogie boards, but wish it had been made clear before arrival that the surf boards pictured in the listing photos were off limits, as our sons got very excited about those. The pool and hot tub area are stunning - so close to this unit yet out of earshot - and the grills are easily accessible. All in all, it’s a wonderful, well-equipped rental in an ideal location if you’re looking to explore the spectacularly beautiful north shore of Kauai.

Condo is beautiful and very roomy, there was plenty of space for our family of 6. Plenty of amenities. Cons - there is limited parking in this resort. Owners jeep is parked in the garage, so this made parking our big SUV very challenging, but we got it after few tries. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this condo.

Everything from the communication to the check in And check out process was absolutely amazing. Due a family emergency, we had to reschedule several times and the property manager was extremely understanding and accommodating. The house was amazing and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. I love the fact it was so close to the pool. Will definitely stay here again alone next visit.

Condo community was great--good location in particular, and this condo was clean, well-stocked with beach toys for use, and was great for our vacation. A/C was down while we were there, but management quickly responded, got us fans to help beat the heat, and gave us a partial refund. Glad that was such an easy process!

This was the perfect place to stay in Princeville. Our family loved every minute. We have stayed at many places in Hawaii and all of them had ant problems. No ant problem here. They do a very nice job with keeping it clean.

We had a fantastic stay!! The condo has plenty of space for everyone in our party- we had teenagers, adult children, and a grandbaby at various times. We also had everything we would want as far as kitchen supplies and beach towels etc. The pictures show a variety of beach items in the garage and it was disappointing to learn that not all of them were available for our use. The furniture shows some wear and can be uncomfortable as a result but we didn’t spend a lot of time inside. It would also be nice to have had spare linens for when we washed the sheets and towels during our stay. The pool was convenient and beautiful and the rental company was very responsive. Princeville is lovely and we will stay again!!

I don’t know where to start with this review. The house was amazing; clean, cool, charming and a great home base for my family. We had my two children and their spouses, including one grandchild, and we were so comfortable in this space. The view from the porches were stunning, and the walk to the pool was only 30 seconds. The pool had a certain cinematic feeling to the view; the mountains and trees in the distance were something from a movie and did not feel real. We had the pleasure of meeting the host, Aubrey, and she was so incredibly nice and accommodating. From giving us fantastic recommendations to providing a car seat for our grandchild, Aubrey and her team were top notch. The house was so clean and comfortable, with nice touches throughout like a welcome package with local chocolate! The garage had all of the essentials for a beach day including a cooler, chairs, pool noodles, and boogie boards. The beaches were so close, Hanalei Bay (a 6 minute drive) had our favorite beach with incredible views of the mountains and the pier. The town of Hanalei, only about 5 minuets away by car, was so cute and full of shopping, restaurants, and things to do. Princeville was a little closer and had a great grocery store, shopping and shaved ice! Overall this was a wonderful experience and we will definitely book this house again the next time we visit Kauai!

Our family of six were very comfortable in this lovely condo. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen is well appointed with cooking and dining supplies. The location of the condo is awesome. There is a one building walk to the pool. The pool is stunningly beautiful. The complex was very calm and peaceful. There is a great walking path around the golf course just down the street. I walked thirty minutes down to the coast to view the ocean. If you are adventurous, there is a path with ropes to help navigate down the cliff to Hideaways Beach. The location is primo to access activities at the North Shore. The drive to the East, South, and West Shores is enjoyable as everywhere you travel there is beauty. The property management was very responsive and helpful when I had questions. We needed more bath supplies and they provided these items very quickly. I highly recommend this lovely property.

This property is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. It has amenities that are great for families including several beach chairs and boogie boards, a washer and dryer, and a well equipped kitchen.

They were easy to work with and kept in touch with us when necessary. The microwave was broken but they provided a back up while it was being fixed. The only issue we had was that there wasn’t a broom anywhere. We have five children and needed to sweep every day ( sand, cheerios, etc) We reached out to them and they left one along with a mop and some cleaner the next day. All 7 of us had a bed to sleep in and overall it was a great place to call home base. Our favorite beach was Hanalei Bay Beach, just a 5-8 min drive down the road from the condo. Overall we loved our stay.

My husband and I stayed here with our 4 teenagers and grandpa. The jack and Jill bathroom was nice between the 2 queen bedrooms. The master bath was large, so many of us could get ready at the same time. Half bath downstairs was great to have. Quiet neighborhood, very clean and safe feeling location. The bed without a door was not a deal breaker- there were a lot of spaces to put clothes and change for whoever was in that space. We appreciated the ability to use the beach chairs and boogie boards. We had a 7 passenger van, and it fit in the garage- tight squeeze, but it fit. Quick drive to Hanalei bay- which quickly became our kids favorite beach. Nice area to walk or run in the morning. Large grassy park with playground just up the road. Washer and dryer were so nice to have in the condo! We didn’t have to use the AC that much with the nice fans and ability to open lanai and balcony doors. Would definitely stay here, again.

We loved Kauai and Princeville. The property was nice and in a great location, close to Hanalei and some amazing beaches. The home was roomy and perfect for our family of 7. Our kids liked going to the hot tub in the evenings and it was nice that it was so close. The only trouble we had was that the refrigerator in the kitchen didn’t work and I reached out to the property manager twice about it and she did not get back to us about it. Luckily there is a small refrigerator in the garage that we were able to use but we didn’t have ice for our drinks all week. Also the dryer is extremely loud, there must be an issue with it. Overall, I would highly recommend this property.
