This 1,874 square foot luxury townhome in Princeville’s Nihilani Community is elegantly furnished, with three full bedrooms and 2.5 baths, including a Jacuzzi tub in the primary bathroom.

The generously stocked gourmet kitchen, featuring granite countertops and a central island, is perfect for preparing delicious meals as often or as little as you like. Fantastic! Location / space / amenities Wonderful property. Easy to get in and out. Very clean with plenty of space. Right across the street from the golf course made for some wonderful morning coffees on the lanai. Pool and hot tub where great. The only, and I mean only challenges. No masks or snorkles (fins yes/body boards yes) and the markings on the stove wore off and it was difficult to make out. Other than that, great place. Enjoy the football we left. My son and I played catch almost every day on the beach.

Great location, spacious home, kitchen allowed space for us to move around. Lots of supplies and utensils for cooking. Lots of beach chairs and snorkels as well. Our tamariki (kids) loved the bikes. Thank you Mahalo and tēnā koutou from our whānau (family) from Aotearoa New Zealand.

This space was fabulous! It was spacious for our family (3 adults, 3 teens) and we appreciated all the room to spread out.Two master suites made this ideal for staying here with my mother. 2 boys stayed in the single beds and my daughter stayed on the pull out in the office. Beds were comfortable and the house was clean! The kitchen was amply stocked with dishes and appliances for us to use. I really appreciated the slow cooker to make meals during the day while we were out enjoying the island. There were coolers, beach chairs, bikes and snorkels that we also used.Like any home, there were a few updates that needed to be made (1 cupboard was falling apart, some tvs werent working - but we didnt come here to watch anywaus! Dining chairs werent the most comfortable). But overall this was an excellent stay! I would recommend it to any family. We will be back!

The house was perfect for me and my 5 kids. The ambience of the house was even nicer than the pictures! Garage + snorkel gear + bikes saved the day. We also used the pool and grill a couple times. The neighborhood is walkable to 1) Queens Bath, 2) Hideaways Beach, and 3) morning coffee at the coffee shop inside the 1 Hotel - they have the BEST view of Hanalei Bay.

We loved this condo! Location was great for the wedding we attended at Ha’ena beach. The condo is spacious, very clean, well stocked and comfortable! Entire family loved it! The wedding was beautiful (even got a double rainbow!) Truly a trip we will never forget!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here for 10 days it was perfect for 6 adults.We liked the fact that if the guest before us had bought items and they were not all used they were left for the next guest coming in, if they chose to. (salt & pepper, after sun lotion, oil, some spices). There was a cooler in the garage that you could take to the beach for the day along with boogie boards and snorkel gear.We felt very safe walking around the grounds at night.

We loved this place! The location was beautiful right across the street from the golf course - so many nenes! It was quiet and a lot of space for 6 people and 1 infant to spread out. Communication was excellent and very hospitable. My only suggestion would to do a more thorough cleaning and do an inventory of what needs replacing in the unit. Nothing major, just routine things! Would stay here again.

Overall the property is great. It’s in a great location with walking access to downtown Princeville and nice amenities. Check in was really easy, and the place was cleaned and ready on time. There were snorkels, bikes, chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys that were there for our use. The pool and hot tub are a short walk from the condo and are very nice and quiet. The place is bigger than the pictures show and had plenty of room for 6 adults. Our only issues with the place were pretty minor. The toaster did not work most of the time and most of the TV remotes had dead batteries or buttons that didn’t work. There was also a broken cabinet door that had been pieced back together by a previous renter, but it would fall apart after opening. None of these issues hampered our trip and I would happily stay there again.

The condo was beautiful and everything was well kept. Lots of extras available to use such as snorkel masks and fins. Finding the entrance was a little tough at night, especially with a car parked in the parking spot next to the sidewalk that went over. Cookies and coffee were provided which made for a great first morning breakfast. We had plenty of toiletries for our stay and the AC was a great touch! The washer and dryer were a little worse for wear but not something that was essential for our stay. The water on the fridge didn't work but we were just fine with using the tap! Overall we had an excellent time and would look to stay here again if we ever return!

This place is just okay. I've stayed in many rental properties and this place is not quite up to par for the price tag. 1 of 4 boogie boards were busted in half, had to rewash everything in the kitchen, and the towels and bedding are all stained (not with kauai dirt). Between the busy street that it sits on and the stupid roosters (which are everywhere I imagine) there is no sleeping with the windows open past 4am. Needs a new bed and mattress in the queen bedroom as well. On a positive note, it is a great lay out for families and the pool and hot tub are really nice.

We loved the location of this property, it was an easy commute to our favorite north shore beaches. Plenty of room for our family. The traffic noise was louder than expected, and the main bathroom’s shower could use a deep clean, but we had everything we needed and a great vacation.

We stayed at this lovely condo for 5 nights in Jan 2023 and found it had everything we needed. Having laundry and beach accessories was a huge added bonus. There we a couple of things that need some attention but honestly,y we were so busy that I just didn't get around to contacting the host about it (my bad!). The TV remote had buttons that didn't work so we couldn't really leverage it, but there were other TVs in the house. The ice machine in the fridge was a bit finicky and the water dispenser didn't work—but again... all first-world problems. We really enjoyed all the space and the neighbourhood and highly recommend it. Especially as there was a pool because the beaches were not swimmable while we were there due to the high surf. Mahalo! The home was nice and roomy. The hot tub on the property was great, We enjoyed our stay. We saw in prior reviews that the refrigerator was not working but since there was another one in the garage, we were not worried about this (still not working as of 11/13/22). Big bummer that the dryer was not working, and we would have liked to know this ahead of time so we could have adjusted how much we packed. If we had been there more than a few days this would have been a real problem. The home supplied 6 beach towels so depending how many people are staying at the VRBO, and how often you go to the beaches or pool, you may need to bring your own since the dryer doesn't work. We understand that it takes a long time to get parts to fix appliances but feel that we should have been told what appliances were not working ahead of time.....

I received an email shortly prior to arrival that the refrigerator was inoperative and to use the one in the garage. It was too late to book another unit. We spend 3 months a year in Hawaii and do not wear shoes in the home. Have you ever had to put shoes on and go to the garage every time you needed to grab something from the refrigerator? So far, the owner has refused to make any adjustment to the daily rate. Light bulbs were burnt out in numerous locations, no tissue paper in two bathrooms and and silverware is in short supply. Over all. the unit needs updating. Property manager was quick to respond but property in in need of updating. Good luck with this one!

The condo was exceptional and a very nice neighborhood and area. Only one hiccup Was that the fridge was not working; however there was a second smaller fridge in the garage. We weren’t notified us before our stay and based upon review it appears the fridge has been out of order for over a month. Since we were only there for a few days we made it work.

The location is perfect for staying close to the north shore and doing all things Hanalei and Princeville. The condo was gorgeous and well apportioned. There was plenty of room for all of us and I was able to work in the office a few mornings when I couldn't completely unplug. The only problem we had was with the ridiculously restrictive HOA rules at the pool. The list of things you can't do (play water games like Marco Polo because it involves shouting) is so exhaustive it is comical. But when the staff person went out of their way to tell us we couldn't have a float in the pool for our child when we were the only people in the entire facility, it made the pool (normally my kids' favorite part of any trip) a place my family didn't want to be. Overall, a lovely property and everything we needed for our getaway.
