Three bedrooms plus den, 2 King beds and 2 twin beds, plus sofa sleeper, 2.5 bathrooms, 2 story town home, washer and dryer in unit, multiple lanai spaces, attached two car garage, great complex amenities.

This spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bath town home is a perfect place to stay for family and friends! Located in Princeville on Kauai's North Shore, close to beaches, shopping and everything our beautiful island has to offer. Open and inviting floor plan, large kitchen with granite slab counter tops perfect for creating an evening meal full of amazing memories. Hardwood coconut flooring throughout first floor, brings a taste of the islands. Sleeps up to 8 people with two king beds, two twin beds and a queen sleeper sofa in the den. Great place to spend your dream vacation at an affordable price!

We were disappointed the AC wasn't working, but know they did their best to help with window units. The garage parking was tight for 2 vehicles and we hoped for a guest parking pass but we weren't given one. It all worked out though. The home was comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, would absolutely stay here again.

Really enjoyed our time in this unit. The beach was minutes away and pool area great for winding down. The house was roomy and had everything we needed. The host answered a couple of questions immediately.

We stayed here with our family while my son was getting married. The house was gorgeous, spacious and suited our needs perfectly. We had one issue with the A/C not keeping up but the property managers helped us to resolve it. I love that there were beach items in the garage we were allowed to borrow and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, etc. I can't wait to come back!

This property was perfect. Clean and well furnished, and in a great location. Close to walking paths, golf, beaches, and some shopping. We liked the pool, and having a garage. And plenty of beach gear to use. It exceeded our expectations.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If you want to stay on the north shore, this is a great place to stay. The condo was clean, well stocked, had plenty of space, very comfortable, and the pool/jacuzzi was fantastic. It's just a few minutes to Hanelei Bay, which was our favorite thing in the area.As far as area, there doesn't seem to be as many restaurants/ shopping as the south shore, or maybe we just didn't know where to look. And we kept having to drive to the south shore for different adventure tours we had booked (and the traffic jams/low speed limits are no joke). But the north shore is SO beautiful. It's a real toss up!

We come every year to see family and enjoy staying at nihilani, this rental was nice and clean. I wish the master bed wasn't so noisy and the knifes were sharper but really that's probably a quick fix. All in all it's a wonderful place to stay.

Location was great, property was clean and home was well stocked. No issue parking our two compact cars in garage. Some items we managed through but could use some updates are: 1) instructions on fridge not 100% clear 2) washer was noisy and could only accommodate small loads 3) shared washroom locks did not work Overall happy with our stay and would return. Great size home for our two families.

The stay was great. We feel the condo needs some upgrading with the kitchen stock, sofa bed mattress and living room furniture(a few tables & lights that work) and a decent iron (someone has dropped it and the tip is gone causing it to snag clothing). All in all it was great. It just needs a little bit of attention to the fact that it hosts 8 people.

Very very happy with this unit. Everything was as advertised. Beach accessories were a definite bonus!! Cleaning person was very helpful as she was just leaving when we arrived. Left us with extra towels, toilet paper and paper towels. We will come back for sure!!

The property was clean and as represented in the listing. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need if you want to eat a few meals at the condo. The pool area is nice, but the jacuzzi area was a bit busy one of the afternoons. The condo is in a good, convenient central location in Princeville.

Hi, I stayed there for 5 days however whatever the instruction was provided in email and it is actually there in laminated paper sheet was completely incorrect. Such as wifi user name and password was incorrect. Swimming pool timing was not mentioned. Garage entrance code was incorrect. They have mentioned to reach out to them within 24 hrs, however we reached out in 10-12 hrs. Still our all below problems did not resolved until we checked out and even owner Kristin and Vacation Realty Hawaii company on call support lady was so rude. Here is the list of problems then decide will you choose this? 1) Towels and napkins were dirty and some of them napkins was still in dryer not even properly folded 2) Half bathroom was dirty and was not cleaned properly and sands on the floor. Before us previous renter who stayed there after house was not cleaned at all. 3) Dishes, bowls, and in kitchen plastic storage containers were dirty and not washed properly. Also garbage bag was there. 4) Many of the electric power adapters and including lights were not working 5) Upstair Jack n' Jill(common) bathroom we can't close and lock properly so very risky to go to washroom as it was common bathroom between two rooms. Just think if you go for shower or restroom how you ensure your self you are safe? 6) Master bedroom and other bedroom side table lamps were not working 7) Dirty towels and napkins basket still in master bedroom closet which was not cleaned and somebody kept there.

We loved our stay here. We did have an issue with the pool key missing and the Wi-Fi not working but they were quick to respond and tried to help find a solution. The whole complex is great, we would definitely stay again.

The house was great other than sleeping! Clean, spacious, well accommodated. I just had a huge problem with how hard the beds were. Almost zero cushion. They need new mattresses, or some toppers. All the adults in the house were complaining.

This was the perfect spot for our family to call “Home” while vacationing in Kauai. Property was clean and surrounding neighborhood was beautiful. Not many choices to eat out in Princeville, but we stopped at Costco and groceried up for the trip and had fun, food, and family all in the same place!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in 3-A at least 8+ times. Though it is a great condo, the care/attention to the condo by the owners has not been stellar. We do all of our cooking/eating in the condo, but all of the food storage containers are the ones we purchased 5-6 trips ago and only half of what we purchased and chipped ones remain. A simple trip to Costco would make it better experience and they are inexpensive. We did get some from Costco, but elected to donate the containers after the trip instead of leaving as not our responsibility. Sharper knives (still the same scissors we bought a few years back so we bought some to use), only 1 kitchen towel, VERY limited cleaning supplies to clean the counters, etc. You can't turn the A/C below 72 even though the sign above the thermostat says you can turn to 70. I understand the cost of electricity is high on the island. Simple way to handle it is to charge me more; I would gladly pay it to be comfortable. It was glorious to see the owners replaced the couch on the main floor and now have a garage door opener again (used to have to use the pad outside the garage door). Don't get me wrong, we will rent again, but since we are frequent guests we notice what improves and what doesn't and what would make for a better experience for other guests. We golf everyday at Makai so location is key. This is primarily a rental with guest turnover often, and I respect that, but invest a little to make the experience better. Go through, make sure the kitchen is stocked for easy cooking. If you want to know what a kitchen should have, go nextdoor to 3-B at Nihilani (we stayed there to try something new) and though we like the layout of 3-A better, 3-B is stocked from kitchen to furniture MUCH better and the owners of 3-A would do well investing to modernize and update the pots, pans, knives, placemats, towels, cleaning supplies, new mattress on the bed in the master, etc. Will I rent again? Of course I will, I just know what I need to supply myself.

We really enjoyed our stay. Couple weird things about the property. The night stand lights didn’t work in either room and it was missing a couple kitchen essentials but other than that it was a great place to stay for our group.

We enjoyed our vacation but disappointed with how condo was upon arrival. First, door code was not correct per email, slider door was open (how we got in), garage code does not work, wood floors all sticky and filthy, kitchen counters has food and sticky stuff all over them, one bedroom sheets were dirty with hair, etc on them, laundry room was filthy with garbage and housekeeping door was unlocked which helped us because not all rooms had towels in them. Master bed did not feel safe as footboard is pulled away from frame and rocks back & forth. Patio furniture backs are all broken out. We had to clean ourselves before we could settle in and enjoy our time. I sent complaint to mgmt company with pictures and never heard back from them.

Directions and access code was provided prior to arriving which made a late evening check-in easy. There was an issue with one of the toilets (we had two others to use) and I notified property management on New Years’s Eve and they had someone over the next morning which was appreciated as I didn’t expect anyone to come until Monday. Overall was a great stay and we enjoyed our time and the home.

Spotlessly clean and more than adequately supplied with linens, towels, kitchen utensils, etc. Without question would recommend this unit. The only complaint was the grandkids did not think pool was deep enough. lol

Property was clean and spacious and the landscaping was beautiful. Beds were comfy and kitchen was well stocked. They had plenty of body and surf boards and a large cooler for the beach. The pool had two communal grills with plenty of friendly neighbors we met while we grilled and enjoyed a cold one. The wild chickens would greet us every morning.
