The house was clean and spacious. We really appreciated the beach stuff. Loved the area and the community pool/hot tub.

the 2nd room's AC didn't work and ceiling fan didn't work. It was very hot

Great location, neighborhood was peaceful and beautiful. Was able to sleep with the windows open, fresh air and listen to the rain. Was able to hike/walk to a beach. Local grocery store 5 min away, great playground, pool and hot tub. House was well maintained, beds were comfortable and it was a great fit for my family of 8. Also, there were beach chairs, sand toys, boogie boards , snorkeling gear for the kids. The kitchen was well stocked, even had a salad spinner! We would stay again if we return.

Stains on carpet, kitchen chairs unstable(tighten by guest), beds uncomfortable, noisy chickens, and pictures were not accurate.
