Beach Please is nestled in a lovely community in Pensacola Beach, just a short stroll or bike ride to the stunning crystal-clear waters and white sandy beaches of the Gulf Coast. This three-bedroom, two-bath home is the perfect accommodation for a family beach vacation, a spontaneous trip with friends, or any occasion in between. Beach Please accommodates up to eight guests comfortably, with a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a queen-size bed in the first guest bedroom and two sets of extra-large twin bunks in the additional guest bedroom. From the moment you enter, you will feel right at home with an open and spacious layout along with beautiful bohemian décor throughout. Beach Please features wood tile throughout the whole unit. The fully-equipped kitchen has a variety of unique features, including soft to close cabinets, a spacious pantry, a refrigerator with a drink door and a dual zone oven for separate temperatures. The kitchen also features a very nice island for added convenience and decorative lighting throughout. The kitchen opens up to the dining area and living room. Enjoy the comfort of having six dining table seats along with four bar stools, allowing plenty of room for every guest. In the den, enjoy the aesthetic of a nice wood accent wall along with an electric fireplace, which can conveniently change background colors. The living room also includes a mounted television and a DVD player. The master bedroom provides a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere with a television mounted on the wall.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
