The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The condo has plenty of space and great rooms with multiple views to choose from. The only thing we experienced was the bathroom outlets don’t work. The lights in the rooms were constantly flickering off and on and it was really dark. The water pressure for the showers are ok but the master bath does not have water. We saw previous reviews of these issues and it is still not fixed. Not a deal breaker but seems like the place could use some basic maintenance to help improve it.
Overall very clean and easy access to the beach!
