Host service was very good - nothing was too much trouble - a small issue we had was fixed immediately

more comfortable furniture in lounge would have been good - arriving on a Sunday evening some provisions would have been good - but we could have asked in advance and didn't.

Excellent accommodations. Two stories with bathrooms on both upper and lower floors. Jacuzzi Tub was really nice. The Walk-in shower was great as well. Bedrooms are all on the upper floor, total of four bedrooms. Nice to have the kids asleep upstairs while activities continue downstairs. Well equipped with loads of kitchen accessories. The kitchen is large and can be used for socializing as well as preparing meals. Washer/Dryer was a nice convince. Did not need to pack a lot since so much was provided. The host is very accommodating. Very private home. Was able to let kids run around the yard. The yard is fenced, so no worries. Also, the looks over farmlands. The area has lots to do. We were there in Summer. The forest of Mervent was nice. There are a few 'centre de loisirs' that provide lots of family-friendly activities. Also, there are a lot of theme parks and other attractions in the region. Serves as a great home base for day trips around Vendee. It is a great place to stay with kids.

Not much. We did bring some fans from home for the summer heat.
