About this house rental
This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family by the pool or the river. Completely renovated and cosy house.
Wifi, new bedding.
Equipped kitchen: fridge-freezer, gas hob, electric oven, pizza oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, stand mixer, raclette machine. Dishwasher, washing machine.
Very pleasant veranda and shaded terrace.
Enclosed garden, fenced pool area and domed pool, garden furniture, barbecue.
5 bedrooms with storage and wardrobe.
A bathroom with toilet including a large shower, a changing table and a baby bath on request.
Additional toilet before the sleeping area.
Travel cot and high chair available.
For more flexibility, sheets and towels are available as an option (to be paid on site on arrival).
Sheet package: €10/pair of sheets
Towel package: €5/person
At the end of the stay, the accommodation must be tidy and clean as a whole. We want to maintain a certain quality of service, so a cleaning fee of €150 is applied.
A bank deposit of €1200 is also required on arrival.
In winter, a mandatory additional heating package is applied at a rate of €15/day (to be paid on site) between November 1st and March 31st.
Pets are not allowed (except for accompanying dogs with proof, specific deposit).
Arrival from 4pm, departure before 11am.
On weekends, possibility to extend until Sunday 6pm for an additional 50€.
The pool is in service from May 1st to September 31st
