The host is very friendly and helpful, she let us to check-in earlier. There is a private parking spot under the building so that is a big pro. The beach is very close. One amusement park is also really close. It has a nice balcony and the room is also spacious. There are several equipments: washing machine, hairdryer, clothes-horse, iron, microwave.
The apartment is not so equipped with consumables like salt (only some leftover was in a small container - along with breadcrumbs), sugar, oil (there was an almost empty bottle), soap etc. When you go to a couple days trip then you don't plan on buying these things, we think that these are the minimal requirements for an apartment that hosts guests.
There was a coffee machine but it needed capsules and there were none.

The Sofi 22 Residence is a very nice studio, placed in a very good location in Mamaia Nord (the roads around the building are not yet finished, but I think they'll be soon). The place is brand new, it's great for a family (2+1) and it was super clean (being so new it missed some things, but the owner heard our requests and he came with a coffee machine and some other things for the kitchen, therefore the place is already better). All in all it was a great experience and we liked staying here, and for sure we recommend the place to everyone that wants to have a great vacation in Mamaia Nord!
