Functional, good location but not cozy.

Functional and clean inside, short walk to the city center. However, not as cozy as tried to state in the add. The garden needs a clean up, didn't really invite to play, hang or sit in it. It gave a messy impression. Main road is just outside the house, so traffic is heard.

Cozy small house in city centre

Flat is located very close to the city centre, there is a free parking place in the garden. Also, it is not even a flat actually - it is small house in the backyard. It was very clean and cozy, bathroom is huge and all the essentials are there in the kitchen to cook.

Prior your arrival, you receive a list with all the information needed and it turns out that there is a fee for literally everything. When you don't do the dishes or when you clogg the water drain or when someone comes over in the evening etc. Also, it is totally self-service and for opening a door you get a code. In our case, we struggled with the door for good 10 minutes because it just didn't open. We had read that there was issues entering the house and there really is, we were so scared that we could not get inside. Also, during fall season it was very cold in the room. Slippers, cozy long PJs and tea strongly recommended! Nevertheless, for this price it was amazing!

Comfortable stay in Aalborg

Very clean and updated apartment and the bed was comfortable.

Tiny shower. Exterior lights were not working and it was very late when we came. The apartment inside is very nice, but looks crappy from the outside. Lots of random tables outside. The base of the sofa bed was broken. This didnt impact the bed itself and the bed was comfortable. Hard to communicate with the hosts, they sent lots of automated messages, but I had to ask three times about parking before they replied.

You cant go wrong with this one, superb stay for the price

I was really amazed for how much you can get for the price. The house was near the city center, there is a parking spot right next to the building. Door code with all the details was sent by the email so you dont have to deal with the staff. Accommodation was really clean and with modern aesthetics. If ill ever visit Denmark again, im definitely booking this one in the future.

Staff responded to concerns quickly and were polite. Large accommodation with kitchen and sitting rooms. Good location for the downtown and Xmas markets.

Temperature in apt on arrival was 7 Celsius. We asked for assistance and was provided with an electric heater. The next morning the temp was up to 14 C. We stayed 2 days so the temp did get to a comfortable temp just over 20C. Wifi did not work initially but was fixed quickly. Should have more pillows, blankets and towels. But we did not ask for these extras. It was only the next morning that we thought we should have asked for this.

upon arrival late in the evening we were very dissapointed. There were no bed sheets, not properly cleaned, sofa bed smelled like urin and when we contacted the host no assistance was offered.

Apartamento espaçoso. Estacionamento disponível. Localização. Cama com bom colchão.

Inúmeras regras recebidas. Pouca flexibilidade, ainda por cima num espaço que nem sequer tem check-in presencial - acedemos ao apartamento através de códigos para abrir a porta. Existem regras se tivermos que telefonar para pedir algum tipo de apoio - têm uma tabela de preços conforme o tipo de apoio que precisarmos!!! Não faz qualquer sentido... Perdem tanto tempo a escrever regras, que depois se esquecem da limpeza básica. Desde abelhas, mosquitos e outros insectos mortos no chão, à camada de pó imensa nos "armários" (nem sei se são armários) da casa de banho!

Gute Lage und Ausstattung, miserabler Zustand

Grundsätzlich gute Ausstattung, viel Platz, schön mit Garten und trotz Lage an einer Hauptstraße sehr ruhig, da es ein kleines Haus im Hinterhof ist. Parken kann man direkt vor dem Haus. Der Checkin war unproblematisch.

Das erste was man bemerkt wenn man die Wohnung öffnet ist der starke Schimmelgeruch, dieser kommt von den Fenstern, dem Bad, der Waschmaschine (die allgemein nicht im besten Zustand ist). Im Bad stinkt es stark nach Abfluss, das dürfte aus der Dusche kommen. Die Bettwäsche hat teilweise gefehlt und wir mussten anrufen, damit diese geliefert wird (das hat wirklich gut funktioniert, trotzdem ärgerlich wenn man abends eincheckt, das Bett erst machen muss und dann noch was fehlt). Der Backofen war unbenutzbar, da er komplett verdreckt war und offenbar mit Backofenspray eingesprüht aber nicht gereinigt wurde. Das hatten wir zuvor nicht gesehen, weswegen sich sehr schnell ein beißender Gestank im ganzen Apartment verteilt hat. Die Möbel sind teilweise in einem schlechten Zustand, der Boden des Schranks ist lose und nicht stark belastbar, die Tür ist ausgebrochen und kommt einem beim öffnen entgegen, auch bei den Kommoden sind die Türen und Laden schief und schwer zu öffnen oder zu schließen, wir haben dann einfach aus dem Koffer gelebt, nachdem uns der Schrank fast entgegen gefallen ist. Im Boden gibt es eine Klappe zu einer Treppe (keine Ahnung wohin die führt, wir dachten das wäre ein Staufach). Die Metallprofile an den Kanten sind beschädigt und lose, es stehen Schrauben raus, wenn man barfuß geht kann man sich verletzen. Wer mit Kindern reist sollte wissen, dass alles extra kostet (Bett, Hochstuhl). Und viel wichtiger: die Haustüre kann nicht versperrt werden, die Fenster sind nur zum einhängen und können nicht gekippt werden, also komplett zu oder ganz offen. Zu öffnen waren sie leider sogar für unser einjähriges Kind sehr leicht, das über das Sofa ganz einfach rauf klettern konnte. Wir würden aufgrund der Risiken für Sicherheit und Gesundheit das Apartment nicht empfehlen.

Prinzipiell top Lage, schöne Küche, aber Badabflüsse müffeln - Preis/Leistung nicht wert

Lage ist top. Aufgrund Zahlenschloss leicht zugänglich. Küche ist neu und gut ausgestattet.

Abflüsse im Bad müssten dringend gereinigt werden, das Bad riecht. Generell könnte im Bad bei der Waschmaschine abgestaubt werden. Die Stühle im Wohnzimmer sind durchgesessen und unbequem. Defekte Dekoartikel (Kerzenständer) sind vorhanden. Wäre zumindest hilfreich Kafeefilter bereitzustellen, wenn auch kein muss. Duschhalterung sitzt locker und es geht nur ein Duschkopf. Für Extraleistungen, wie ein Check-in vor 16.00 Uhr (max. um 14.00) soll Geld bezahlt werden. Check-in Daten (Uhrzeit) sind vor Buchung nicht einsehbar…

Det var ikke decideret beskidt men virkede snusket. Kunne trænge til en grundig hovedrengøring. Fornemmelsen af at der blev røget der selvom det ikke var tilladt. Aday der stod bag udlejningen (vi bookede hos booking.com) satte en ære i at fortælle gennem deres app at alt koster ekstra hundredlapper. (Telefonsupport, hvis man brugte mere end ét håndklæde pr person o.lign.) Og at de bruger AI for at optimere deres forretning. Bygningen og grunden havde vibes af "slidt forladt pengemaskine"

Vel verdt å leie hvis man ikke ønsker å sitte ute

God beliggenhet og fint utstyrt leilighet. Rent og pent.

Det står bilde av en uteplass som ikke kan brukes. Den tilhører huset som står der. I tillegg var det masse søppel og noen skrøpelige stoler der. Så ingen plass å være ute.

Tilkørsel. En bil kan ikke passere uhindret pga en ikke klippet hæk. Der mangler flere helt almindelige ting i køkkenet Der mangler “slap af” møbler og spisebordsstolene er meget slidte og vakkelvorne Brusekabinen er meget lille, der er ikke plads til en voksen mand

Casa molt a prop del centre. S’hi pot arribar atravessant un bonic parc. Allotjament en un jardí. La casa ben distribuïda i amb mobiliari modern, té les comoditats per tenir una bona estada. Disposa d’aparcament.

Estris de cuina i vaixella que es podrien augmentar ja ja que per més de dues persones són escassos. Així com disposar de més tovalloles, només s’ofereix 1 de bany per persona

Value for money - Hele huset for sig selv

Først da vi ankom kunne vi se at det var et lille hus for sig selv i en stor have. Det var dejligt med et privat sted uden naboer og så tæt på Zoo og vi kunne gå til centrum. Vi kunne parkere gratis lige foran indgangen. Det lille hus var fint og velholdt og der var rent da vi ankom.
