Don’t stay if you want a good night’s sleep

The location is the best part of the villa. You’re very close to the centre of the city. The property manager was courteous over the phone and over messages.

The noise!!! There were multiple tenants in the building who were all noisy at different parts of the day. The nighttime was the worst for us. We heard loud stomps, shouting and fighting, slamming of doors and children running and jumping every evening between 9pm - 4am. There were missing or broken handles on doors and cupboards. Although the villa was quite lovely and had great detailing, the furniture was haphazard and the machinery didn’t work, like the coffee maker. The cleaning wasn’t up to par - the floor wasn’t clean; although the tub looked good it wasn’t clean looking so we stayed away from it. Unless you’re a very heavy sleeper and don’t care about cleanliness, I wouldn’t recommend it.

Det var meget koldt, kun varme op både på badeværelset.. ingen prop til badekaret. Vandet i bruser bruget 3 min på at blive lunt. Forsøgt kontakt til stedets udlejer. Ingen reagerede. Meget lyt i lejligheden, kan hører alt.

At det havde været èn stor Herskabsvilla Før , Nogenlunde stort

Der var et gulvbadekar som Værter e har taget probben af , så man ikke fik det brugt Nok måske så fik man sparet på vandet Og på den måde vandet ret langsomt på i køkkenhaven på var ret la gsomt ig kunne ikke blive varmt , ret irriterende .

Dejlig stor lejlighed,

Fin beliggenhed helt sikkert en flot herskabsvilla da den blev bygget, men den er træt i dag, kalder på vedligeholdelse. Dejligt med god plads i stedet for et hotelværelse.

Der manglede info om brug af komfur, opvasker og hvordan man bruger tv. Rart hvis der havde været info omkring lysregulering.

Tæt på hospitalet, hvor min mand var indlagt. Tæt på centrum Masser af plads En god seng og godt køkken

Det er slidt og lidt sjovt indrettet.

Alt i alt en god oplevelse, ville booke igen en anden gang

Super beliggenhed til gåture, indkøb og restauranter. Hyggelig og herskabelig villalejlighed med højt til loftet, veludstyret køkken - og skøn stue med behagelige sofaer. Nemt at parkere, nemt at komme ind via dørkode, nem kontakt med udlejer/Aday. Rent og pænt overordnet.

Badeværelset trænger til et kærligt eftersyn (afløb i håndvask, tilkalket bruser, bundprop passede ikke i badekar.) Terrasse/veranda kunne også trænge til et lille opfrisk på møblement og maling. - Det havde været et stort plus med TV-kanaler (Kun mulighed for streaming) :-)
