The agriturismo is in a rural area between Umbria and Tuscany and is 1.5km from Umbertide, near Perugia, Gubbio (25km), Cortona (35km) and Assisi (40km).

Of the total of 50 hectares of the agricultural enterprise, the majority is dedicated exclusively to wine cultivation. The rest is used for crops and a small section for fruit and vegetables. Some of the former farmhouses have been completely renovated and divided into inviting and tastefully furnished holiday apartments. The special feature is the beauty of the houses built in a typical Umbrian style, laid with clay tiles, with stone and exposed wooden beams.

The apartments have a big garden and an outdoor pool with a breathtaking view of the hilly landscape with its vineyards, olive trees, sunflowers and forests. The outdoor pool with a sunning area was positioned where you can enjoy the most beautiful view. There is also an area reserved for children to play in.

The locanda (restaurant) has been established by popular demand, extending the services of the agriturismo. You can sample homemade wines and typical dishes from Umbria, in surroundings that have preserved the charm of the old country houses. The service chef Paolo, the experienced head chef Maria and her assistant Michela will always do their best to make your holiday a unique experience, with unforgettable moments close to nature. Let yourself be treated and experience unforgettable evenings, weekends or whole weeks, getting to know and appreciate the traditions of this region.

A love of hospitality and a growing interest in everything regarding the production of wine and organic cultivation strengthened the family’s resolve to make their country estate and its enterprise accessible to the public. You can enjoy the unique nature and take part in the active life of the agricultural enterprise: tours through the vineyards and vegetable gardens, where you will learn more about the seasonal fruits and vegetables, the relationship between cultivation techniques and the environment, the quality of production and the produce. You can also take part in a cookery course in typical cuisine, on request.


It is easy to get from the agriturismo, rurally situated between Umbria and Tuscany, to the fascinating art towns of Assisi, Siena, Perugia, Pienza, Gubbio, Cortona and the Lake Trasimeno. You can spend your holiday close to nature here too, leave hectic everyday life far behind and recharge your batteries by participating actively in farming activities.

The holiday apartment of around 65m² is ideal for a family with two children. It is on the ground floor and has a separate entrance. It has a spacious living room with a cooking niche and a sofa bed, a double bedroom with a fireplace, a bathroom with a shower. The rooms are not separated by doors.
