I wanted to leave immediately.

There is no phone signal ANYWHERE inside or around the property. There is wifi inside the rooms but no phone signal, which I absolutely needed to stay in touch with an important call. The owner should write this important detail on their hotel description. I wanted to leave immediately after I arrived and I asked for a discount and the owner refused to give me any. So I ended up staying for a swim in the pool and left shortly after. They told me there was no signal anywhere in the valley, but as I drove of, a little further there was phone signal again.

Nice hotel for drivers

The room was a good size and clean - had everything we needed including towels etc. Staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurant was very good. Overall good value for money.

You definitely need a car if you're staying here as the surrounding area is not walkable (busy road, no pavements) and there is not much around, but good driving distance to Umbertide and other towns. Contrary to the booking.com listing, there is no tennis court. Games room is just a few board games. There is also no bar (basically only opens during lunch and dinner) and is far from the pool. None of this mattered too much to us, but something to be aware of depending on your wants/needs.

Good hotel with some wonderful staff. Need to sort out the half board.

The room was clean, spacious and well equipped. The bath was a nice surprise. The communal area was comfortable and welcoming. I was able to put my bike under shelter and Antonio even jet washed the mud off my bike, which was a wonderful thing to do! The weather wasn’t great so am not able to comment on the external area. The food in the restaurant was very good, although I think the restaurant may be a different business (see below).

I was surprised that there was no bar facility, and had to wait for the restaurant to open to get a much needed beer. I was also very surprised that even though I paid for half board, that there was absolutely no drink included in evening meal, not even the water. The half board menu was confusing. I was told that I could order three courses, but this turned out to be only two courses because the salad/vegetables were considered a course in their own right.

Lovely hotel situated within easy reach of sightseeing for areas like Gubbio and Umbertide and only about an hours drive for further areas such as Orvieto, Spoleto and Lake Tresimeno.

A country gem: quiet, convenient, friendly, comfortable, and with an excellent restaurant to boot.

The breakfast was very good, with an excellent choice of items and good coffee. Even better was the restaurant, where we ate three dinners and, with an Italian friend, one lunch. All were excellent, both the cuisine and as a value for the money. Our server was very attentive and suggested several excellent local wines, all very fairly priced and each beautifully appropriate to the meal at hand.

The Wi-fi signal was uneven, stronger in the morning and early afternoon, then becoming increasingly weak. By evening, it was often impossible to use the wi-fi.

Nice place . Great swimming pool with plenty chairs, outdoor shower and a shallow and deep part. Excellent restaurant. Good breakfast. Good comfortable bed. Close to the highway. So handy for overnight stays.

Lovely place to disconnect and relax

The room was clean and well kept. The garden is amazing, you can enjoy some away time in the nature with absolute quiet. Highly recommended!

Pleasant environment, great outdoor space, lovely old building, room needs updating a little

Lovely old building, easy to find and lots of parking. Very nice pool and useful to have a restaurant on site. We meant to explore Umbertide but stayed at the hotel instead as we were tired and it was a nice environment. Pizza was good too!

The room was a bit dark, a bit dated and very warm - the air conditioning wasn't very efficient. The shower needs updating at some point.

Suggestivo e tranquillo

Il tipo di struttura rustica è molto suggestiva ed è tenuta bene e la pulizia è ottima. Nonostante gli arredi fossero antiquati era tutto tenuto in ordine e pulito. La colazione era buona e abbondante con alcuni dolci fatti in casa e proposte salate.

La luce in camera era molto fioca e quasi tutte le lampadine sfarfallavano spesso, non in maniera fastidiosa (alta frequenza) ma simile ai cali di tensione durante un temporale.

Breve soggiorno di due notti presso questa struttura che ci ha accolto e coccolato con la sua abbondante colazione ed i suoi comodi divani, l'ambiente è risultato pulito, comodo, silenzioso e ben riscaldato, immagino durante l'estate con il suo bel giardino Tutto perfetto, ci torneremo all'occasione.

Il bagno un po' castigato con gli spazi ma pulito e ben organizzato.

Ho soggiornato una notte presso il vostro Hotel e l’esperienza è stata davvero piacevole. La struttura è molto bella e accogliente, caratterizzata da uno stile antico e raffinato che crea un’atmosfera unica. Lo staff, si è dimostrato estremamente gentile e disponibile fin dal nostro arrivo. Abbiamo cenato presso il ristorante della struttura e abbiamo apprezzato molto la qualità dei piatti proposti; anche il personale del ristorante è stato cordiale e attento. La colazione a buffet, sia dolce che salata, era abbondante, varia e ben organizzata. Una menzione speciale va al caffè del bar: davvero ottimo! .

Probabilmente la mancanza di un frigo. Non ho avuto necessità però penso che con la temperatura più alta possa servire.

Per un weekend di relax

Ho scelto questo Country Hotel perché immerso nel verde, e mi era comodo per un viaggio a Gubbio. Silenzioso nonostante la vicinanza alla strada, stanza comoda e pulita. Colazione in linea con la categoria e l’offerta proposta, ottimo invece il ristorante, piatti della tradizione umbra buonissimi che soddisfano gola e palato

Zona Tranquilla e Strategica per Escursioni

LA COLAZIONE, LA POSIZIONE, IL RISTORANTE

Siamo rimasti molto delusi dagli orari della piscina e dalla mancanza di chiarezza nelle informazioni fornite. Al nostro arrivo alle 11:00, ci era stato comunicato telefonicamente che avremmo potuto utilizzare la piscina prima del check-in in camera. Purtroppo, non è stato così. Inoltre, ci era stato assicurato che avremmo potuto usufruire della piscina anche la mattina seguente fino al check-out. Invece, alle 10:00, orario della nostra partenza, la piscina era ancora chiusa. Sembra che l'unico orario effettivo di apertura della piscina sia dalle 14:00 alle 20:00. Questa informazione è fondamentale e dovrebbe essere comunicata in modo trasparente prima della prenotazione, in modo che i clienti possano prendere una decisione informata.
