Struttura piccola ma molto accogliente, curata nei dettagli e ben tenuta. Gli ambienti erano puliti e dotati di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno piacevole. La proprietaria è stata davvero molto carina, cordiale e disponibile, facendoci sentire subito a nostro agio. Un posto che consiglio volentieri e dove tornerei con piacere.

Pleasant studio in an excellent location for the major sites, but on a quiet street. Host provided a kettle in response to my enquiry about this at the time of booking. Later she responded quickly and efficiently to a problem which arose during the stay, and helpfully is often online in the evening.

Lockbox code sent out quite late, so I was worried about whether I would receive it while still at home with reliable access to the internet. However, at my request the host did finally send the code earlier than the property's standard time, and the lockbox did work. Before arrival the host wanted to send me a pdf with property information, but for them to do this I had to provide an email address outside my booking.com account. (Initially sending via Whatsapp was suggested, which as well as being outside booking.com is also software not everyone uses (eg I don't).) Sending a pdf is reasonable and should be made possible by booking.com if not already: I was unclear whether the problem here was with the booking.com software or whether the host needed more guidance on how to send pdfs within that software. A microwave is usual in holiday accommodation and would have been more useful than a conventional cooker which few holidaymakers would want to use. However in fairness it must be said that the listing does not claim to provide a microwave so it was my choice to manage without one for a few days given the compensating advantages of the property.
