When we arrive all our luggage we sent from our previous stay were already in our rooms

good value for the money. just dont expect 4 star breakfast. At least compared to for example to our two recent stays in just 3 star Vista hotels (osaka, hiroshima) where breakfast was bit better (variety and also quality i would say). But that does not mean breakfast was bad! we were just expecting a bit more. Location perfect, staff ok as well. Very close to subway/train. Kids stayed in triple room and they liked it.

Great location, close to shops and stations. Plenty of things to do around the area and enough places to get food. I stayed with a friend and had our rooms right next to each other, which was very convenient. The staff also accepted my request for a high floor! We could see the kobe port tower from rooms. The room was comfortable and clean and big enough for a large and small suitcase to be opened at the same time. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. We will definitely be visiting again.

Great location --accessible transit, close to city center. Clean facilities.

Bed was very uncomfortable (two twin beds stuck together, disguised as a larger bed). Staff were not particularly friendly by Japanese standards
