    I had a great stay

    I stayed at the hotel from August 12–16, 2026. I checked in around 11:30 PM, and when I entered my room, it had a noticeable musty smell. At first, I thought it might have been temporary, so I did not immediately complain. However, the following day, I reported the issue to the hotel, and I was moved to another room. The second room was on the 1st floor and did not have the same musty smell, which I appreciated. However, there was another maintenance issue with that room: the door did not close completely unless you physically pushed it to make sure it closed. I reported this to the front desk, and maintenance was supposed to address it, but no one came to fix the issue. I ultimately did not make a major issue out of it. Unfortunately, another significant disappointment was the pool. The pool did not appear to be clean or properly maintained, and as a result, I was unable to use it during my stay. I do appreciate that the hotel did move me when I reported the issue with the first room. However, having multiple room/maintenance issues and being unable to use the pool because of its condition made this stay disappointing. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and improves the hotel's cleanliness, maintenance, and pool upkeep.
