Nice apartment big enough for 5 persons, rooms were clean. All the facilities seem to be new.
Parking in the underground garage is available. Nice and spacious balcony. Kołobrzeski Skansen Morski which is just a few dozen meters away, is worth visiting.

Super apartament :) Przygotowany w każdym calu :) wyposażony jak w domu (żelazko, deska do prasowania, suszarka do włosów, pralka, zmywarka, środki czystości), Duża łazienka z dużym prysznicem :) Duży balkon/taras :) skierowany w słoneczną stronę :) Wszystkie zdjęcia i opisy zgodne z prawdą. Pani Właścicielka przemiła i wykazała 200% zaangażowania w zapewnienie nam komfortu (Chciałbym zawsze współpracować z Takimi Ludźmi). Podróżowaliśmy z dorosłą osobą niepełnosprawną poruszającą się na wózku inwalidzkim, nie napotkaliśmy barier architektonicznych, od prywatnego szerokiego miejsca parkingowego, w wystarczająco wysokim parkingu podziemnym (nasz pojazd Peugeot Rifter wysokość 1,90m) do samego łóżka w apartamencie. W obiekcie jest duża winda operująca od parkingu do każdej kondygnacji. Klatka schodowa jest na poziomie chodnika. Bezpośrednio przed klatką schodową jest miejsce parkingowe dla osób niepełnosprawnych. W bloku jest "Żabka", kebab i dobre obiady domowe. Lokalizacja apartamentu optymalna, brak miejskiego zgiełku a blisko do Kołobrzeskiej Mariny ok 10min. z wózkiem inwalidzkim, a kolejne 10-15 minut potrzeba, aby dojść do portu z Latarnią Morską, a o 5 minut krócej potrzeba aby dojść do Molo. Potrzeba mniej niż 15 minut, aby dojść do "Lidl", "Biedronka", Basen miejski - w razie nietrafionej pogody. Jak będzie potrzeba ponownej wizyty w Kołobrzegu to ponownie wybiorę ten Apartament :)
