Spacious flat with stunning view at excellent location & private parking. Just needs maintenance...

Stunning location and TOP view of the light house. Hardly could find better in Kolobrzeg. Amazingly spacious living room with 2 sofas and really spacious bathroom with washing machine and bidet (not so common). The whole buildings complex contains lot of good choices for food, coffee and grocery shopping. Missing wine glasses were delivered within few hours.

Finding the key box, the right building entrance and mainly the underground garage entrance was a challenge (especially late in the dark) as not all building entrances have signs with numbers. The apartment needs a lot of maintenance. Smaller things but annoying: shower door stuck, all faucets really hard to operate, missing curtains for the main super-large balcony window, disassembled bidet faucet, fridge door won't close, some light bulbs out... For some reason the dishwasher did not clean the dishes properly, despite good quality tablets were provided. The SMS instruction should be more specific about the max. garage clearance (no signs at the entrance, I estimate 1,9m - forget to drive in with larger SUV/van or with roof box).

Nam wszystko odpowiadało, ale bardziej wrażliwym osobom mogą czasem przeszkadzać odgłosy z salonu gier, który jest na parterze.

Mieszkanie czyste, fajnie urządzone, widok z okna niepowtarzalny, dużo miejsca, jasno i wygodnie. Położenie najlepsze z możliwych. Jedyna sprawa o której trzeba wiedzieć przed przyjazdem - jeżeli ktoś podróżuje samochodem typu suv - nie ma sensu nawet wjeżdżać do podziemnego bardzo klaustrofobicznego garażu - "garaż" to miejsce na mały samochod, a raczej schowek na rowery. Lepiej wcześniej poszukać parkingu, są miejsca wokół, ale trzeba liczyć na szczęście, albo zaparkować na parkingu płatnym, oddalonym może 100 m od mieszkania.

Für ein WE ganz ok, länger würden wir nicht bleiben wollen.

Die Lage, Barrierefrei, Küche mit Backofen, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, 2 Balkone, kostenloser Parkplatz.

Den Schlüsselkasten mit dem Schlüssel an einer ganz anderen Adresse zu finden, war etwas schwierig ,da es mehrere Eingänge zum Hotel gab, müsste man an jeder Tür testen wo der Schlüssel passt. Die Tiefgarage war so steil,dass ich mit dem Auto aufgesetzt bin. Leider war kein zuständiger Mitarbeiter vor Ort,um seine offenen Fragen zu Beantworten, das war sehr schade. Die Lage war super und die Einrichtung war auch ok. Aber die matratzen in dem Doppelstockbett sind überhaupt nicht gut. Selbst wenn man beide übereinander gelegt hat,hat mein Kind das Lattenrost gespürt. Es war für 6 Personen ausgelegt ,aber es gibt mir einen Esstisch für 4 Personen.
