Super lokalizacja, blisko do centrum i do morza- spacerkiem 15 minut. Obok osiedla sklep Netto, Biedronka i Żabka. Apartament czysty i zadbany. Duży przestronny balkon. Miejsce parkingowe w garażu podziemnym. Dobry kontakt z biurem. Polecam☺️

Stylowe mieszkanie, blisko na plażę, blisko wskoczyć na ścieżkę rowerową. Stojaki na rowery pod klatkami, osiedle zamknięte. Możliwość parkowania pod Netto. Super balkon. Winda. Krzyczące mewy ❤️ Blisko sklepy i restauracje. Miła obsługa biura horyzont. Wyposażenie mieszkania.

Mieszkanie mimo że nowe to nie jest doczyszczone, sprzątane na odwal i ciągnie zapach zapuszczonego WC do sypialni… zużyta bateria prysznicowa wiec ciężko naregulować temperaturę wody… albo parzy albo lód… Można trafić na głośne towarzystwo w bloku naprzeciwko. Mało talerzy, sztućce dziwne-syn nie chciał jeść, talerze nieforemne do zmywarki i tylko 3 tabletki, 2 worki na śmieci i rolka papieru 🧻 na 6 dni pobytu.

Empfehlenswert

Das Apartment war sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es gab eine Küchenzeile mit Mikrowelle, Miniherd, Geschirrspüler, Wasserkocher und Kapselkaffeeemaschine. Ein kleiner Staubsauger hat gefehlt. Das Bad ist mit ebenerdiger Dusche. Der Balkon ist riesig. Wer mit Frühstück bucht, kann es entweder unten im kleinen Kaffee oder im Apartment genießen. Wir haben es immer geholt. Es gab verschiedene Arten ( polnisch, deutsch, englisch, vegan, süß, für Kinder und Kolbergfrühstück), aber Kaffee ist leider nicht dabei. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Sprache ist hauptsächlich polnisch, aber mit etwas englisch geht's auch. Die Lage ist genau an der viel befahrenen Straße. Der Parkplatz gehört zur Apartmentanlage und ist eingezäunt. Bis zum Weststrand sind es etwa 10 bis 15 min zu Fuss. Strandkörbe gibt es da nicht, aber breiten weißen Sandstrand. Bis zum Oststrand sind ist es ungefähr 30 bis 45 min zu Fuss. Dort ist der Leuchtturm und eine sehr schöne Strandpromenade. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub und wir werden bestimmt mal wiederkommen. Geld bitte in einem größeren Kantor tauschen....Wir waren bei Promes....ist in einem Einkaufscenter ca. 8 min mit dem Auto

Nowe osiedle, zapewnione miejsca parkingowe, bardzo blisko sklepy. Spacer nad morze zajmuje ok 10 min

Brak wi-fi , miłym dodatkiem był by podstawowy sprzęt na plażę ale apartament jest nowiutki i na wszystko trzeba trochę czasu :D

Wir waren das 2. Mal da und es war wieder sehr schön! Gerne wieder!

Die Lage ist super. 2 Supermärkte direkt um die Ecke. 20 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand und mit dem Auto zum Hundestrand (inkl. Fußweg) auch 20 Minuten (wenn nicht sogar weniger). Ferienwohnung sehr schön und geräumig :)

Viele Hunde haben gebellt, bzw. einer der in der Anlage wohnt. Es gab selten kein Hundegebell. Das Bad war an Sich sauber, bloß der Duschabfluss war komplett verstopft mit Haaren, Sand und sonstigem.

Fajne miejsce na krótsze pobyty

Lokalizacja bardzo dobra i bardzo pomocna, mila obsługa. Mieliśmy wcześniejszy check in co po 900 km podróży było super! Mieszkanie fajne na krótsze pobyty ze względu na to że jest tylko szafa z kilkoma wieszakami (oraz środkami czystości - nie korzystaliśmy z szafy ze względu na zapach) i mała komoda w sypialni. Mało miejsca na schowanie ubrań. Kuchnia wyposażona w podstawowe sprzęty ale brak piekarnika/mikrofalówki (nie było w ofercie -nasze niedopatrzenie) i tylko dwa pola w płycie indukcyjnej - jesteśmy z tych "gotujących". Plus za pralkę, zmywarkę i wygodne łóżko. Pozytywny odbiór wyjazdu - bardzo fajna obsługa i to jest warte podkreślenia.

Właściciel powinien pomyśleć nad: 1. Brakiem internetu ( nie było go w ofercie ale w tych czasach ten fakt nas zaskoczył) 2. Zamiast apartamentu z ogródkiem był apartament z zejściem i wyłożony jakimś materiałem kawałek ziemi - można zerknąć na zdjęciu. Tu niezgodne z ofertą. 3. W apartamencie jest raczej chłodno (rozumiem że stacja pogodowa steruje ogrzewaniem budynku ale może dodatkowo zainstalować klimatyzację?) 4. Modny prysznic walk in słabo zbiera wodę więc kąpiel jest szybka.
