Great location, walked into Burlington for lunch, Church Street shopping. Nice coffee shop for breakfast one block away. Very clean and spacious.

It was very clean and comfortable! Lots of space though it was just me. And walking distance to lots of cool places.
Getting out of the driveway was a little tricky but not awful!

The location is quiet and convenient, walking distance to downtown and Church street.
The apartment is clean and spacious with two sofas and a full kitchen.
For light sleepers it might be good to know that you can hear footsteps from the owner's unit above.
Rating a bed is not entirely valid, since everyone's preferences are different. For me, it was a little too soft.

The location was OK, and met our need for an overnight stay while traveling. The apartment was clean and adequate for our needs. Furnishings and supplies were sparse, but we had what we needed. The cost was lower than other options, but was still higher than we're used to paying (but I guess that's "par for the course" in the Northeast). The internet connection was good.
It was a basic "bachelor's apartment" that lacked homey touches. The lack of a closet in the bedroom was disappointing. There weren't many chairs, and one of them was broken (just the seat, no back).
