Its location was great and it was super clean. Our stay was during the first bit of cold fall weather and the heating element worked great. Very comfortable bed. Kitchen had all we needed for a short stay.
Nothing!

Walking distance to Church street and waterfront. The space was comfortable. Excellent communication with the host. TV, shower and coffee maker great.
The neighborhood was a bit noisy. I would have liked a small pot in the cabinet to boil an egg. I thought the pricing was a bit high for what it was.
