This is a great apartment just 2 blocks from the center of Winooski making it an easy walk to the amenities and even UVM. Errin keeps a beautiful and clean apartment. Check-in and parking were easy with good communication. Who knows, if the kid gets into UVM, we might make this our home base for future visits! Would definitely stay again.

As we drove up to the apartment I was not very excited because the front yard and the porch looked really dirty. The house was fine but needed some updating.
