WALK-IN LEVEL! This 3 bedroom 3 bathroom Regatta Bay condo is in the beautiful park-like Regatta Bay complex. The complex offers tennis, pickleball courts, BBQ pavilion, a playground, an outdoor seasonal lakefront pool and another outdoor seasonal pool adjacent to the clubhouse. This condo has a king bed in the primary bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, twin beds in the third bedroom and a pullout sofa sleeper in the living room. The living space is comfortable with a fireplace, large TV, counter seating for 4 and dining table for 6.
It includes full kitchen, washer and dryer, WiFi, dishwasher, and a gas grill. Regatta Bay is located in the Four Seasons area on Horseshoe Bend Parkway and mile marker 12 by water. You can always book with confidence through Four Seasons Property Management, Lake of the Ozarks!
Please note: A 12' x 30' boat slip is available for an additional fee. There is no trailer or boat parking in the complex. Complimentary parking for additional cars and trailers 5 miles away.

After we got there, the folks who answered our 3 calls for various questions were extremely helpful each time.
Some things in the unit need updating or repair.
We sent these items to the Property Management Team.

Had an issue with the Hot Water heater and it was taken care of in a very responsive manner!! John, his office staff and maintenance team are very professional, very responsive and very accommodating!!
Excellent choice of properties. John and his staff are very accommodating (Early check-ins and late check-outs when available). Also, John and his maintenance team are very very responsive to any needs that may arrive during stays (24 - 7 service which is amazing)!!
