Ideal for families, couples, or small groups. Our Tree Top haven comes with a well-equipped kitchen, Smart TV, and pull-out sofas. Dive into resort perks like outdoor pools, lake entry, community dock, pickleball courts, and playgrounds, Village of Four Seasons amenities. You will truly feel perched in the tree up in the clouds. There is plenty of space to enjoy the lake and was newly renovated in 2026! Eleven's Perch is ideally located 2nd tier to the lake with a pool across the street and backed up to The Cove golf course! Drive a couple minutes to your tee time.
Master Bedroom: 1 King size bed and ensuite with jacuzzi tub. Need a relaxing place to stay, work and play? We have you covered with a desk in the master bedroom
Bedroom #2: 1 Queen size bed and bathroom
Living room: 1 sofa sleeper sleeps 2 and two twin sofa sleeper chairs each sleep 2
Coffee Bar: Fully stocked with both a Ninja coffee maker to have your favorite brew or iced coffee and also a Nespresso machine to get your day started with a double shot latte! Rather start your day with a tea? We have you covered with a selection of tea available.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with all you need to cook at home, or close to numerous restaurants and the Bagnell Dam strip to eat out.
Dining room: Seating for everyone around the table to enjoy a meal or your favorite game for some family time.
Outdoors:
