Our lakefront condo is located at Regatta Bay right off of Horseshoe Bend Parkway. It offers one of the best views at the lake. The fully screened in 30 foot balcony overlooks the main channel at the 12 mile marker. Don't forget to bring your binoculars! The porch has porcelain tile, a rocker, a porch swing, and rod-iron table and chairs. In-doors, you will find a decorated 1500 plus square foot living area. Upgrades include carpeting, porcelain tile floors, countertops and faucets, stainless steel kitchen appliances, light fixtures, furniture and accessories. View the lake while resting in the master bedroom, eating in the dining room, cooking in the kitchen and relaxing in the living room. All bed and bath linens are included.
