Vacation Home in Rübeland
Renting out a quiet half of a vacation home (the top two floors on the right side) with rustic features and modern furniture on the outskirts of Rübeland. The living area is 120 m² spread over two floors.
The property features a combined living, kitchen, and dining area with access to the parking lot. The house has three bedrooms (one of which is a walk-through room), each accommodating two to three people, as well as two bathrooms with showers and toilets.
Upon request, sleeping accommodations can be expanded to accommodate an additional 3 to 4 people in an adjacent, separate apartment.
All necessary amenities are provided.
In addition to central heating, the amenities include:
satellite TV, radio, Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen.
The house is located just outside of town in a secluded setting.
Herein are two additional vacation apartments on the property.
The surrounding area is perfect for hiking or biking. The outdoor pool is about a 20-minute walk away, and the bus stop is 30 meters away. There are many attractions nearby.

We should also mention that the entire garden is still growing, as the vacation complex is just recovering from a complete renovation; everything has been brought up to date.
Note: Charging electric cars is not possible here.

Groß, sauber, gut ausgestattet und eine nette, zuvorkommende Betreuung -was will man mehr? Der große Tisch im Esszimmer eignet sich hervorragend für Brettspiele und gemeinsames Essen. Im Garten muss man mit Kindern definitiv etwas aufpassen, da die Hauptstraße direkt vor dem Haus langführt und hinten ein Bach läuft. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Die Größe und Geräumigkeit der Wohnung hat uns super gefallen. Das ein Schlafzimmer ein Durchgangszimmer ist, ist für manche vielleicht wichtig zu wissen.
Ebenso wie die Lage zwischen Straße und Bahnlinie. Uns hat jetzt beides nicht so sehr gestört.

In der Mühlentalbutze hat uns einen schöne, große Ferienwohnung erwartet, die mit allen ausgestattet war, was man braucht. Gefallen hat uns auch die gute Verkehrsanbindung, die allerdings auch (trotz neuer Fenster) für ein paar „Nebengeräusche“ sorgt. Für Wanderungen und Spaziergänge ist eine kurze Autofahrt nötig. Aber auch die Bushaltestelle ist direkt nebenan.
