Dejlig rolig beliggenhed. Stor og rummelig lejlighed, i en virkelig hyggelig by. En god base for udflugter rundt i Harzen. Værten var rigtig sød, og lejligheden var ren og pæn, og velindrettet.

We felt very welcomed and comfortable during our stay. The house is big and spacious, nicer than in the pictures! Well equipped kitchen. Great terrace to have breakfast looking at the coal train pass. The free parking was handy. There was a problem with the hot water but it was solved asap and we were provided with a suitable alternative in the meantime.
The beds are typical German, so double bed but separated in two, with separate blankets. The location is a 30 min walk away from the center, bus stop and train stop are right out of the door, but the buses don't pass that often. Not really a problem with the house, but take it into account if you intend to move back and forth to Wernigerode.

Lovely location next to the Harz steam railway, with a stop 40 yards from the house. Very good, clean, quiet house.
