Ping Pool Villa 1 - stunningly designed villa with large private infinity-edge swimming pool and magnificent views The villa is located directly on the banks of the Ping River. The location is on the outskirts of the Chiang Mai urban area. It is an unusually green and quiet location for a property so close to the city. It takes 15-25 minutes by car (depending on traffic) to the city centre. 10-15 minutes to one of the best international supermarkets or shopping centres. 10 minutes or cycling distance to the new city hall and the exhibition centre.
As the villa is close to the ring road, it is sometimes quicker to reach various sights in and around the city than from the city centre.
The villa has a stunning private infinity saltwater pool (11x4m) with Jacuzzi massage jet system.
All rooms and outdoor living areas allow for fantastic uninterrupted sunset views over the Mae Ping River and the Doi Suthep mountain range.
The villa offers large indoor and outdoor living areas with ample seating areas to hang out, party or have a relaxing time by the private pool overlooking the river and mountains. All rooms have direct access to verandas or balconies and views over the swimming pool to the river and mountains
In the basement there are 3 bedrooms. 2 suites with double beds and 1 suite with 2 single beds.
On the upper floor there are 2 suites 2 rooms with bathroom and double bed. From one of these suites (duplex suite) there is a staircase to a spacious attic room with up to 4 single beds (can be moved). One unit has a free-standing bath. All bathrooms have spacious shower areas with rain showers.
The villa has a living room, plenty of covered outdoor living space and spacious western and Thai kitchen areas, fully equipped with oven, electric and gas hob, large fridge, microwave, espresso machine ...
The villa is conveniently located between the town and the attractions in Mae Rim - Mae-sa Valley.
We also offer free bicycles that can be used for your shopping or tours in the area, such as to Huay Tueng Tao Lake or along the river.
