View that never gets old, very well stocked apartment with plenty of towels and even things like slippers , ironing board and iron. Instructions from owner were clear and he was easy to reach. Location was good as it was not far from como city centre, it was tough to get to up a hill but we packed light and used taxis a lot so not bad for us. WiFi was good , and AC is a game changer. Heat in August is very bad so it was needed.

Wish the Netflix in the bedroom tv worked, the old tv didn’t support it, probably needs upgrading.- however kitchen one did work.

This is a truly authentic spot that captures the unique atmosphere of small Italian towns. The view from the balcony is breathtaking, and the sights and sounds of Como’s nightlife are incredibly alluring. The apartment offers a good selection of light alcoholic beverages, which is a real lifesaver if you don't have time to run to the store. The master bedroom is superb, featuring a massive sliding glass door that opens onto the balcony. It is the perfect choice for a couple seeking a romantic getaway with an Old Italy vibe.

The only issue is parking. The very narrow, winding streets leading to the apartment make parking extremely difficult. We had a Peugeot 3008, which is quite a large car for these local streets, and we couldn't find a parking spot near the apartment.
