Accomodation is on hillside in the middle of wineyards with beautifull scenery/view and atmosphere, 3km offroad from nearest village, but reachable with car without problems. It has its own pool with sunbeds. Theres a lot to visit around. The appartment is roomy and clean. We received free wine tasting and free access to the nearest beach in Grottamare (otherwise it is under 10eur/day fee). Comunication with owners was contactless via phone, no problem.
Accessories are a bit out of date, some not working properly (f.e. lights in bedroom). The jaccuzzi is more of a toy and we went out of hot water when filling it. Dont forget to bring repelent with you. And theres a motocross circle nearby so it was pretty noisy on saturday and sunday - maybe you can enjoy bringing the dirtbike with you
