Top Lage inmitten der Weinberge, atemberaubende Aussicht, zwei wunderschöne Pools, zwei gemütliche Terrassen zur privaten Nutzung. Es gibt je nach Verfügbarkeit am Strand in Grottamare die Möglichkeit Fahrräder und Liegen mit Sonnenschirm gratis auszuleihen. Leider war entgegen der Angaben kein Backofen, kein Wasserkocher und keine Mikrowelle in der Unterkunft vorhanden. Dafür haben wir den Holzkohlegrill gerne genutzt. Die Schlüsselübergabe verlief äußerst unkompliziert und freundlich. Die An- und Abreisezeiten waren sehr flexibel. Man hat sich diesbezüglich komplett nach uns gerichtet.
